I was very excited to have this new location in Jackson. It is convenient to grab coffee on my way to work or while running errands. However, this location is completely disappointing. My husband and I have given it a couple of chances, seeing as the staff is new and everything. Today, I ordered a mocha cold brew with almond milk and sweet foam, a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, and a hash brown. I ordered on the mobile app and my order had not even been started by the time I got to the store, even though one of the employees was standing on her phone. The hash brown was hard and not warm, stale and cold. My bagel was also hard and not warm, and did not have bacon on it. I don’t even know where to start with my drink. The employee who made it added flavor to the cup, then added iced coffee, and swished it around as if that would mix the flavor in. There was no ice or almond milk added. The bottom of my drink has all of the flavor in it. She handed it to me without cold foam and I asked if she could add it, she was rude and grabbed the drink back from me and added the tiniest bit and did not say another thing to me. If I’m going to spend $7 on a coffee, I’m going to leave early to go to Biggby or Starbucks where I know it’ll be made correctly. I will not be returning to...
Read moreIf I could do negative stars, I would! I have been to this location quite a few times, and I have yet to have a good experience! I went through the drive-thru today. All I ordered was a small French vanilla cappuccino, a medium hazelnut mocha iced Capp and a plain croissant warmed up. The person on the speaker who took my order was extremely rude and seemed irritated with my "huge" order. When I got to the window, I was not greeted at all. After sitting there for who knows how long, the lady finally opens the window and hands me the cappuccino while mumbling the total. The issues with my order, aside from the worker being rude: 1 - the croissant was beyond warmed up... it was BURNT TO A CRISP! 2 - the hazelnut mocha iced Capp was PLAIN! It did not have any toppings on it or flavoring in the actual drink.
My experiences have been absolutely TERRIBLE and I will NEVER waste money going to this place again. I would rather drive further and waste my time and money just to receive better customer service and quality products!
I hope that management focuses in on this "restaurant" and gets it running the way...
Read moreI love Tim Hortons. I’ve never been to a Tim Hortons like this. Every part of it was bad. One, hire people who we can understand. Two, bluntly saying “we don’t have caramel” in response to “we have an online order” without offering any suggestion is not helpful. I don’t care how much you hate your job, you’re getting paid so add some life into your voice and speak up so we can hear you. Also, when handing people their food, don’t just hand them pieces one at a time then walk away without saying anything. Give them a bag and tell them when you’re done and to have a nice day. It’s really not hard. Also, Tim Horton food is typically delicious. The hash brown was actually inedible. Absolutely disgustingly chewy and unsalted. The biscuit sandwich fell apart because the biscuit was so hard.
Suggestions:
•hire people who are actually nice and can hide the fact that they hate their life. •make edible food like every other Tim Hortons ever. You’re the worst one by far...
