Usually love Wendy's. However, today was the exception. We waited in a very long, slow moving drive-thru. Ordered our food, which came to over $30 (Food for 7 people) We are in line for about 25 mins before we order. After that, we pay at the Window, and we continue our long wait. We get to the second Window, The worker hands us our drinks, we wait another 5 minutes. Then, we eventually get our food. I was thrown off a bit, as it was a single bag. The worker assured me it was all there. I pull away. Before leaving, I do a quick check and realize they forgot half my food. I had to go back around, and sit through the drive-thru again for another 20 minutes. When I finally get back to the Window, they dont even have the food ready (I had spoken to them at the speaker and explained the situation already.) We wait another 5 mins before a manager comes and asks to see my receipt. I show her, and she says, "oh that's the order I thought it was", and pokes her head back in. No apology,, no "sorry for the wait", none of that. Instead she treats me like I'm lying to get some free food. Seriously?? The whole order was only $30. Normally, I wouldn't have minded having to double back because of forgotten items, it happens so often, I almost expect it to happen, it's why I check my bags before leaving. It's just the way this played out that left me feeling saltier than my cold...
Read moreNormally, I'd say place is great but not at the Ann Arbor Rd Jackson mi. location. First off, it was a bit after 8pm when we stopped. Dining room looked open still, so we was going to eat inside. We go to check door. It was still open, so we go inside. We stand there waiting for 15 min. No other customers were there. Finally manager turns to is saying dining room closed at 8pm. I'm like then why was your doors still open and no sign on door that tells hours for dining room and drive thru. Manager was rude. We left, but I still needed food as I hadn't eaten all day. So went through drive thru. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no onion med. fries meal, but with child size frosty instead of a med. size one. When I got meal, they had charged me for a large, trying to give me large frosty. So I questioned them about it. They say they put me down for a large. I told them no it's a medium not large. They finally gave me child frosty as I had asked. Still charge me for a large....for both meals. Then I go to eat my sandwich and there's. O bacon on it as I had asked for. I wit never return to that location unless you get rid of the rude manager and hire some decent staff who know how to follow orders and give customers what...

It took about 3-5 minutes to complete the order taking process.
I did change 2 or 3 things, but they were minor. And the back door alarm was sounding. It sounded like the fire alarm.
I got a Asiago Sandwich and two 4 piece kids meals. The kids meals were put in the bags nicely and properly.
I got my bag and my Sandwich was not wrapped properly and open. I will attach a photo. I got a refund for my Sandwich.
We also got frostys which were good. But mine was over filled. I opened the lid and it flew out at me. It was compressed to the top of the lid.
When i asked for a refund the lady was irritated and asked me why i wanted a refund. I said my Sandwich was not wrapped properly and it looked like the photo below.
She refunded my money back to me and that was that. Behind the counter by fry area did not look clean. The lobby area was clean and maintained.
Overall, I give this restaurant location a 3 star...
