Out of all the Dunkin’s I’ve been to this one is the worst ! I ordered 10 donut holes , one sausage croissant, hash rounds and a double chocolate donut. After waiting over ten minutes my number was called and I quickly realized that it was incorrect, because it was entered incorrectly. I mentioned this to the lady left the bag and let her know I would wait until it was remade . Waited another five minutes and noticed that my bag was still on the counter from the old order. The lady grabbed the bag and called out the number again and I walked up and said that this was the wrong order that we just talked about. The manager quickly stepped in and said in a loud voice and aggressively that she did not like the way I talked to her employee . I said that I was just explaining that this was the wrong order that I had just talked to her about. The manager said sir please calm down , with shock on my face and calmness I said I’m not being aggressive and she cut me off again and told me to calm down . I am seriously shocked at this point . I have never been treated so rudely . And I started to walk away and sit down and wait but she kept on telling me to calm down . As I’m walking away I noticed that the other people in the restaurant were now seeing this and I felt embarrassed that she was yelling at me for no reason. This manager is rude and aggressive. Also from the google reviews this is not the first time. I will also be contacting your corporate office to discuss this issue with them. This is no way to treat customers. The problem is the training of the staff . The lady taking the order out it in wrong and the manager should have corrected the issue immediately. The lady handling the orders to go out should have talked to the manager and told her that my order was incorrect .She then would not have called the order out again, and I would have been out of there much faster. Now because of the aggressive behavior of the manager I will not be back in this...
Read moreWalking into Dunkin’ early on a Sunday morning usually feels like entering a caffeine desert—quiet, calm, and waiting for its first brave soul. This time, that brave soul was me, armed with a large order of coffees and donuts big enough to fuel a small office, a family reunion, or possibly an Olympic team.
To my surprise, the place wasn’t busy at all. Maybe everyone else was still in bed contemplating the meaning of life, but I walked right in to find the friendliest crew of young, cheerful employees—who all looked like they had exams on Monday but were somehow still glowing with energy. Honestly, I don’t know what Dunkin’ is putting in their employee training program, but those girls had speed, efficiency, and smiles that could power the lights.
I rattled off my big order, mentally preparing to stand there for a while scrolling through my phone. Nope. They got it done so fast I barely had time to blink. Coffees lined up perfectly, donuts boxed like edible treasures, everything labeled, clean, and handled with care. Even I started feeling more organized standing there.
The store itself was spotless—no sticky counters, no donut crumbs staging a rebellion, no coffee spills doing interpretive dance on the floor. Just clean, calm, and smelling like sugar and hope.
Honestly, it was one of the smoothest Dunkin’ runs I’ve ever had. Great service, friendly staff, fast prep, and good vibes all around. I’d definitely visit again—especially on a Sunday morning, when Dunkin’ feels like your own private...
Read morePerson taking my order was extremely short and rather rude. I started ordering doughnuts. Once I ordered four, I realized I wanted a half dozen. She quickly said, "Well, if you wanted a half dozen, you should have started with that." Lol. At this point, I just wanted to leave. I replied with, "never mind, let's just do the four."
I understand, no one likes working fast food or service, but then my iced coffee, super simple order with cream and hazelnut sweetener, came with no sweetener and barely any cream. Honestly tasted like acid. Worst iced coffee I've ever gotten from Dunkin. The doughnut's came thrown face down in the bottom of the bag. I have always gotten them in a box from dunkin? Maybe I'm wrong? The specialty spider doughnuts were supposed to be something cute for my kids, but they were so smashed, you couldn't even tell what they were supposed to be. I was hoping this newer Dunkin would be better than the one in Christiansburg, but they are both not what I remembered Dunkin being before they opened in...
