Subway — Restaurant in Blackshear

Twice in a row we ordered through website, both times order was wrong in some way (first time just wrong bread and had put hot peppers on wrong sandwich, second time they completely swapped the requested toppings on two sandwiches)

Sandwiches were not toasted on either occasion, and somehow were a soggy mess only 5-10 minutes after receiving them - one only had mayo on it and the other was supposed to just have mayo and a very small amount of oil and vinegar an order that turned out fine before, so not sure what happened, also I guess maybe the toaster is still down, wasn't aware of that until I saw other reviews mentioning it.

Also, not sure if they seasoned them with salt and pepper at all or if there is something going on with the vegetables but the exact same subs with the exact same requested toppings (the ones that they made without messing up at least) seem to have very little taste or taste off from what they had in the past.

It's awful because this location used to be great and I always looked forward to eating there, then I go without eating there for around 4 years (money got tight for awhile) and it is as if it is a totally...

This Subway cuts corners with there Bacon. They cut it in half, which there not suppose to do. Then they scrimp on it. My sister and I brought 3 BLTs and I wish I had took a pics especially in my son's he just wanted bacon and mozzarella cheese when they put the bacon it was barely 4 half pieces. I made a comment about how little of bacon she was putting on this footlong, then she started breaking it up and putting it on. I should have walked out bur I didn't. It's not the employee's fault it's the manager. One time when I went and said something she was there and she told them to put more. I ask at other subways and they told me they are not suppose to cut the bacon....

I placed my order at 6:10 p.m. Got the response that my order would be ready at 6:25. Got there right at time. At 6:35 I tried to call and let them know I was there. No luck because the phone rang busy every time I tried to call. I finally beeped the horn and the little girl came out and asked if I had an online order. I told her yes and she said they were busy while she shook her head as she went back inside. Funny thing is, I watched them make orders for 2 customers that came in after I pulled up for curbside. For some reason, this store has issues with prioritizing orders in the order they get them because this isn’t the first time this has happened....
