UPDATE: JULY 30th. I NEVER received this $15 in app credit. I called to speak to a manager AT the restaurant. While waiting to speak to the manager, someone picked up the phone and just hung it up. SO, I wrote the restaurant a letter sending a copy of my receipt to the manager. Received NO RESPONSE! So, I have now contacted corporate ONCE AGAIN on July 24th! NOW I'm having to wait 7-10 days for a response. AFTER waiting the 7-10 days that corporate said I had to wait for the restaurant to get back to me (which THEY DID NOT) STILL have received NOTHING! NO REFUND, NO NOTHING!! I said I wanted a REFUND to begin with. NOW, I'm offered a REFUND possibly after the restaurant reaches out. THEY THEN RENIGGED ON THEIR OFFER OF A REFUND AFTER WAITING 7-10 DAYS!!! THIS is ridiculous!!!! It's been 2 MONTHS ALREADY!!!! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE JUST TO GET A FREAKIN REFUND FOR NON EDIBLE FOOD??? MY GOD!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: HORRIBLE FOOD/EXPERIENCE! On May 19, 2023 we ordered OVER $20 worth of food in the drive thru: a double hamburger - received a single; small fries - received none; 8 piece chicken nuggets - that actually seemed more like 8 paperweights that were none edible and had to be thrown away; plus a "COMMDR BACON BURGER" meal that was OVER $12! - the burger was so burnt it could only be thrown away, plus only received about 10 french fries for a"large" fry. ??When I brought this up online I was offered ONLY a $15 "online credit!" As others have mentioned, the parking lot is dangerous glare ice.
2/29/20 Update:
I decided to give this store one more chance. What a mistake. Drive up window could not get the price right on my usual order. They tried to charge me nearly double of usual. When I questioned the price the manager immediately became confrontational and argumentative.
Not only does the parking lot still have patches of glare ice, it now has large potholes as well.
I will never ever go to BK again and I strongly urge people to avoid this location. They do not deserve your business.

I keep giving this restaurant a chance but I don't know why. It's horrible.
Slooooow service. Food is rarely fresh. Chicken nuggets were stale and tasted more like old cooking oil. Parking lot still has huge potholes. There are rusty cars parked in the back of the parking lot that haven't moved for many months. Manager said he was aware.

Well, we need lunch, so we order our Whopper meals (no onion), 4 piece chicken nuggets, 2 value menu cheeseburgers, drinks with no ice; get our total, then pull around. We made a last minute change on the nuggets (10 piece was the same price as the 4 piece), and they made the change on the order. We got our drinks and all food in less than three minutes. Call me a skeptic, but I opened the bag and double checked the order before we drove away. Everything was correct, awesome. So we dig in and I will tell you, these are the best Whoppers we've had from Burger King. Excellent char on the burger and not at all dry, toppings arranged nicely, the right amount of condiments, and the bun was nice and fluffy. The fries were piping hot, as were the nuggets. Five stars.
