I'm a bit annoyed right now. I made an order for two drinks and a growler for delivery. After waiting a very long time for the driver Uber driver, Todd, to pick up our order we went outside to wait. After another half an hour I checked the App wondering what was going on - only to see that it stated that it had been delivered. Obviously it had not been.
I then called Caribou's customer service and they spoke to a Holly who seemed rather dismissive of the situation. She asked me my name after I had already told her. She asked if I had checked outside - after I had told her I had been watching the camera and the husband had been waiting outside.
She then stated that she was providing me the credit for the price of the order without informing me she meant a gift card credit. I asked if there was anything to be done regarding the driver who never showed up and she again seemed dismissive.
I then got back online to make a new order to find that she had provided me store credit instead of a refund. I was annoyed - but I figured I would spend it. I attempted to order and it gave me no option on their website to use the credit or the a gift card at all.
I then had to go to my phone to make the order. There is did allow me to do so - We did it this time for pick up.
I then get done and about 5 minutes after this - about an hour and 10 minutes after the delivery should have been made I receive a voice mail. I had not missed any calls?! It was Todd. Todd, the Uber driver, stated he needed directions to my house. That his GPS was not working. Seriously?!?!
I immediately called him back to find that Uber would not direct me to them due to the fact I'm not calling from the phone number on file for the order. Which I can only assume is Caribou's phone since I made the order with them since i personally NEVER use Uber. It gave me no phone number, or Uber contact information. Not to mention that it was very odd that Todd was able to reach my voicemail without me actually receiving a call?
I don't get it. A professional driver without GPS or a map. Customer service that doesn't seem to care about an issue, and ghost voicemails after a complaint. All n All. ...

The drinks are amazing, and the variety of flavor in their coffee blends in incredible and any avid coffee lover would love spending a few bucks to try out all their seasonal blends. The store was here before the big bridge over 65, so it's facing backwards against the wall and it's a little hard to find if you don't know the place. But they're trying to get the store moved to a better spot.
Beware the Friday rush after school gets out. The Middle Schoolers come here in a terrible, noisy, and publicly rude horde just before migrating to the poor McDonald's across the lot, razing that place, and then going home.
