Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Blaine

We've tried Jet's quite a few times over the last maybe 6 months or so. Their regular pizza's aren't that great in my opinion. Kind of blah tasting, you can get better elsewhere. With that said, where they really shine is their deep dish style (4 or 8 corner pizzas). Not normally into the deep dish styles, but theirs are very tasty. It is weird that there is a difference between the regular style and deep dishes.

I tried their wings one time - that was enough for me. They were gross.

Customer service is really why I gave them 2 out of 5 stars. They're always late with delivering the food. If you order from them, expect at least an hour and a half wait before it shows up at your door. I think there was maybe one time that it came with in a 45 minute window.

I always order an extra side of pizza sauce, which of course they charge extra for and that is fine, but they usually forget it. And when I ask the driver about it, "oh shoot... I forgot". And then I'll say, well I paid for it... get it removed from my bill or make a 2nd trip. Never happens. I called them once to place my order after they forgot to bring it the last several times and the girl on the phone could not have cared less. In fact, her tone was almost like I was an interruption to her night calling to place an order. No apology. No offer to give me free side sauce this time around. No nothing, just "I'll make a note". It wasn't worth my effort to sit and argue with her over $3.00 for the extra sauces that I never received. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems like customer service is a real issue at this location and I'm not the only one that has experienced this.

There was another time that I ordered a salad, it never came with the order. The driver was just aggrieved that I asked him (politely I'll add) to go get it. He came back with it about an hour later.

If we didn't like the 4/8 corner pizza so much, we would probably never order from this place based off of customer service. Though we're probably on the verge of not ordering from them anymore. I can say that our pizzas have never come...

Unbelievable amount of screw ups in 1 order. We went and picked our pizza up and people ahead of us were complaining how long it was taking and that all they ordered was a cheese pizza and it took an hour to make. The lady kept asking the cashier if anyone was ever going to make her pizza and the cashier wouldn’t answer her. So, we get pizza and asked if we could get a small salad also since we thought it wouldn’t be a big deal. We waited about 15 mins extra just for a small salad but that’s not the main issue. All of a sudden they asked for the box I was holding for the cinnamon sticks back and said that they gave us the wrong order so they traded with me. I took a peek at them to make sure it was indeed cinnamon sticks, it was! I didn’t look at other pizzas because I didn’t even know what the order was, I was just told to pick pizzas up. I get home and both pizzas were wrong and one wasn’t even gluten free. We wouldn’t have cared if it weren’t necessary to have the gluten free pizza. We called them and they told us that they accidentally delivered our pizzas to someone else and they will make new ones in 15 mins. So we picked up our new pizzas and the gluten free pizza was 7” long and burnt so bad, it actually was humorous how bad it was. They really should have given a refund but they stated they couldn’t do that and needed the general manager. We just gave up and ate the pizzas without anymore hassle.The other pizzas were really good though! So we ended on a positive! I will give them another shot in the future just because the pizza...

Although the pizza here is really great. The service is usually pretty good as well except for this time. A few times I have added a side of garlic sauce to my order and paid for it and not recieved it. After the first time that happened, the second time, I called to make sure and still didn't get it. I just placed an order again online and ordered garlic sauce and called to make sure I get it and the person on the phone Jaylynn had the biggest attitude ever. She said if I ordered it I will get it. Regardless of the fact that I have ordered it many times and have not gotten it. I asked if she can make sure and she said no I cannot. Eventually she said I will now since ur making such a big deal about it. Which the only deal I made about it was to tell her that if I have never gotten it every time I order it so how would it be different this time and to please just let someone know. She hung up on me. Usually the delivery drivers are great here. So are the cooks and even the manager that I had ordered from once in store was super nice. But tbis was just ridiculous. 0 stars for today's service.
