Went here today for a quick to-go lunch and left confused and disrespected. This was my first time at this JJ, but I have been to many throughout the metro and never had an experience like this. I walk in toward the register and I take note that everyone is working the line making sandwiches, understandable so I stand and wait. Not until another customer walks in does one of the workers come to the register, and to my astonishment looks at the women walking in the door and says "how can I help you?" At this point I feel very awkward and confused. Am I invisible? To make it even worse, the worker finishes ringing up the order, turns around, and walks back toward the sandwich making station. It was at this point a fellow coworker in the line asked if I needed help and the woman worker who ignored me came to the register. "Yes, I would like to order my lunch but you helped her (other customer) before me and walked away while I have been waiting" Expecting the employee to apologize, or have some reasonable excuse.. Yet, she says nothing and continues to look down. What is going on?? I have never felt so disrespected, confused, and targeted. I patient wait for my sandwich, say thank you and leave. What the heck just happened. No apology, no recognition of actions, no words!? The other employees didn't say anything to me or the rude employee either. Ironically, the other customer apologized to me on her way out, wondering if she "cut in line". I reassured her that she had done nothing wrong and that there was a customer service issue occuring which will be reported. I said this with the employees just feet away, still no response from any of them. Definitely an odd situation/dynamics going on there. See attached receipt...
Read moreI ordered 2 sandwiches today, both vito. When I walked into the store, there was 2 employees and a manager. The employee on my far right, picked up my sandwich, opened it and proceeded to fish through the sandwich with both pointer fingers. He then picked up the meat n cheese, flipped it over then proceeded to put tomatoes on it. I know it was MY sandwich cause I added roast beef to mine. I asked was that the order for Corey. The manager said yes, and I then informed him I did not want to those sandwiches and I'd find another store. They did not offer to remake my 2 sandwiches a d told me to have a nice day. If you like Jimmy John employees fishing through your food, and getting upset with you cause you ask why, go there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT JIMMY JOHNS in Blaine Minnesota across the street from North Town Mall again. I was utterly disgusted and upset at the fact he did that then got upset with me!!!!! I use to go there at least once a week. I order online normally and have it delivered, but today I walked in after I placed my order because I was next door at Dollar Tree. That was one of the most disturbing things I've seen done to food I've ordered ever in life. Jimmy John's, you should be ashamed of doing business like that! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Worst place in Blaine to eat, they just don't care, smh. Oh and they deliver through Uber now, so your hot sandwich WILL be cold ASF. Takes up to an hour to get your food. Warning ⚠️ don't tip the delivery driver in the app. They also seems to forget about your dessert. DO NOT USE THEIR APP. THIS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Oh yeah, they deliver through...
Read moreJimmy John pride itself on being fast. It failed miserably today. Not only was it slow, my order was delayed 2 hours and I had to call back to have it re-deliver because the first time I order the guy on the phone was not listening. I have him my name, specifically said the delivery is for my wife for her lunch. I provided her name, the department name and floor location. The driver had no information so he took it to the wrong department and return the food back to the store. Then on my second call explain I need the food to be re-deliver the girl was rude and said she can cancel the order if I like. I told her if my wife wasn't waiting for her food and starving I would cancelled. Sad part is if I known the workers didn't care to listen to me repeating my direction 3 times, I would drive there myself with 3 kids with their age ranging 3 months to 6 years and pick up the food. Now with 2 of my kids asleep I have to depend on Jimmy John to re-delivered an order 2 hours later. Jimmy John need to stop the super fast delivery and work on superbly customers service...
