McDonald's — Restaurant in Blaine

Nice to see more options coming to Blaine. I know there just open and some, some of the staff are new... There clean and most of the staff are friendly.. we will continue to patron them on best of hopes Family and I have been here quite a few times now since they have opened and we are going on 4 weeks since they have opened... Third day they were opened was our first visit and they had no menu boards half of the kiosks were working no soda machines... I even tried to order their promotional McFlurry I was told they had it and then told they didn't then was told they did so I ordered it and come to find out the manager can put from the back and said they did not have it.... They are very kind and apologetic.. knowing half of the employees are from other existing stores you would expect a lot more flow...... But nooooooo.. (10-13 days) one trip through the drive-thru was about 38 minutes.. and the other was 30 like 4 days ago .... Everytime you go through the drive-through past for expect at least a 30 wait... It is absolutely horrible. They also still have no fountain machine in the lobby and they will not be getting one to my knowledge which is odd but whatever.. No kid Play place so not too kid friendly but clean cause there new and seats for families ... I'm glad we have a McDonald's in Blaine hopefully they get stronger and better after a bit...

Went through the drive thru late nite and had quite the odd interaction with the male manager on duty . Was friendly and cordial with me until he asked me if I wanted to round up for charity to which I kindly replied no and then proceeded to treat me with some snooty pretentious attitude afterwards even as I kindly used my thank yous. I have 2 issues here, first off if I don’t want to donate to charity I shouldn’t be treated as a second rate customer and looked down at, accept the answer and move on with cordially without the attitude , especially coming from a manager I expect more.. And a billion dollar company asking working Americans to round up for charity is complete nonsense anyways. You make the donation from all the quarterly profits you’ve raked in price gouging over the past 5 years. Secondly, this is the only McDonald’s I have been to in years anywhere asking me to round up so the question I have is is this guy running some sort of scam pocketing the money all nite or is this even legit. I’ve been to McDonald’s all up and down the freeway from Portland to Blaine and why am I only being asked at this location. Do...

I will never go to the Blaine branch again. Service was horrible. My 8yr old daughter and I waited 15mins to just order. The employee taking orders(Lucas), was taking orders from of group of friends of his, they were obnoxious during the process; not to mention Lucas was cursing with his friends and sharing food and drinks across the counter with his friends while I'm still waiting to order. Once they FINALLY paid and moved on, he walked away and never even paid attention to us. The manager was informed by another customer how long we had stood there. Needless to say i will choose the ferndale branch from now on even though i live less than 2 miles from the blaine branch.... Amongst all that, they are super understaffed, so it takes forever for your food to get to you. Very disappointed. There should be some compensation, not just to me but to the other people I spoke with during my wait.... My sister-in-law works there and you give her a bad wrap for working there with that kind of...
