allright, so i personally really dislike giving poor reviews. But i have now given this location 3 times to correct mishaps with my food order and they have failed to do so consistently. This has been over a span of several months now. My first mishap was regarding the exact same breakfast sandwich that i usually get 1-2 times per week on my way to open up the salon we own down the street. It was a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, it is ALWAYS a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. Quite frankly it is not even edible without the cheese, as i have pointed out every time it has been given to me without the cheese. I order it with the cheese for a REASON.The first time it came without cheese i was disappointed but just called and they took down my name and address and promised to mail me out a card to my residence to compensate for the mishap. Fine i am ok with that, like i said when i drive through there i am generally on my way to open our business so i cannot come back to replace the sandwich. The card never came. The 2nd occasion i got the complete wrong item in my bag, it was a single breakfast burrito. Obviously i paid a great deal more for the sandwich then the 1.40 for the burrito. Once again disappointed and once again at our business calling back in which i let them know that i also had not received the card in the mail for the 1st incident. They said they would send out another replacement. The 3rd time i again did not receive cheese on the sandwich and called yet again and mentioned both of the times prior that no card was mailed. They said they stopped doing that and now were writing down the names in the book and i would have the 3 entries listed and may pick the replacement sandwiches up any time of my convenience. They even asked if my coffee order needed replacement. It didn't , the coffee is always right. So i stopped in this morning to collect on the sandwiches and was told they don't do that and they have no name of mine in the book, and at first said the general manager said so. I said please go back and get the general manager so i can personally discuss this with them. The gentleman came back and said actually the general manager isn't even there. Now i do not appreciate the run around i have been getting here. You can ask your drive through staff who have ALWAYS been so wonderful how frequently the lady with the poodle on her visa comes through to pick up that sausage biscuit with egg and cheese sandwich. I do not normally even come into the store and wont be going in again after such a rude reception from your counter employees. Now i would like to know if the name given to me of the "general manager" is even real? I understand that perhaps from employee to employee people may get confused about the context of what a customer may be trying to relay but here are the facts. My order was given wrong multiple times, i was told i would be compensated and i have not only not been compensated. According to the man at the counter i have been clearly lied to about the replacement procedure by at least 3 people over the phone and pretty likely himself who tried to say the general manager advised something and was not even in fact in the store. Seriously people over there, get it together. This is ridiculous. I am going to be calling on monday during business hours to get someone on the phone that knows what they are talking about. Word of advice to the management there. Please have a team meeting about quality control and service, and please kindly thank your morning drive through cashiers for being the ONLY reason i would continue to purchase...
Read moreI had stopped at the Mc.Donalds in Fridley on my way home and got my 2 kids happy meals. Got home (22 miles north of that location) and found one happy meal didn't have a toy. Called this location figuring they wouldn't squabble over one little happy meal toy. But without receipt they told me if have to drive back to the original location because they're owned by different people. I'm not asking for any money back or anything like that. I just wanted a damn cheap stupid toy that my 4 year old was disappointed wasn't in his happy meal while his sister is happily playing with hers. Good thing I didn't throw out the receipt cause I was just going to go to the grocery store to buy him a little toy cause I promised him I'd fix it, but I'm not driving 22 miles for a dollar toy. Just take care of the customer when it comes to trivial little matters like this. I still have to drive 7 miles to get to the location closest to me, so that within itself is inconvienence enough not to mention if I didn't find my receipt it'd cost me even more than it already is in gas to rectify the matter. If the manager just smiled over the phone and said "no problem, we'll take care of it, just come on in" I would gladly have left a 5 star review complimenting the above and beyond customer service. Read moreOverall not a horrible experience, however I ordered a very simple meal. Two cheeseburgers NO PICKLES and two of the new cherrizo burritos. The sad part is this,.... McDonalds has a system where if you order a menu item with a special request, be that personal preference(in my case) or allergy related. They have a grill slip that tells the person making your food exactly what you are requesting. In my case BOTH burgers had the grill slip attached directly to the wrapping stating NO PICKLES. Unfortunately both burgers had pickles on them. Clearly the person making my food was so complacent that they made the burgers with pickles and didn't even care what the grill slip they where sticking to the wrapper said. See photo!!! The burritos where ok but kinda cold. I called he manager and explained the issues. She was nice and offered to replace them or mail me a voucher. I declined and told her it was ok as I could simply remove the pickles, but it more about the failure in procedure. She said she would speak to the cooks immediately and use this as a training experience. I will stop back and see if that 3 stars can...
