Mr.Delicious — Restaurant in Blaine

I made an order in the store for a simple cheese pizza. I was told it would take 25 minutes for the pizza. Not too bad. However, 20 minutes later I came in and the store was flooded with customers. I sat down and waited as the employee called names off and handed them pizzas. About 20 minutes pass and I start getting annoyed and asked if my pizza was done. Employee says "one moment please" and takes a phone call. 3 more customers go by and nothing from him to me. Finally when the store is empty an hour has passed since I ordered and he turns to me and says "what's the name for your order again? " I tell him and he hands me a pizza that's been sitting on the rack for 30 minutes. 1 cheese pizza for 1 hour wait time.

Now I understand being slammed and things getting hectic. I've been in customer service my whole life. But the fact he didn't bother seeing if he had my order done after people came in, made an order, got their pizza and left with me still sitting there waiting. Plus he forgot my side. I was done with the place so I didn't bother waiting another 20 min...

This place used to be a 5 Dollar pizza. I went there a lot Great pizza every time. The crew that worked there were great. I knew what I could expect when I arrived for my order. The pizza I ordered today, a Hawaiian couldn't hold a candle to my expectations. I ate half of a 14" pizza before I had to go online and check this menu. Not even close. Crust was barely baked. The meat ingredient I did finally find wasn't distributed evenly enough make the first 1/2 of what I ate worth the wait. Very disappointed. I know I could've gone to the big national place and got triple the quantity/quality for less money. I've given them a poor review lately. Never thought my fav...

Great customer service! I walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza. I thought I would have to wait awhile, but one of the younger guys looked and saw that there was a pizza ready, and the driver wasn't back to pick it up yet, so he gave it to me. Another coworker verified that he would have time to make another one before the driver got back. I was rather impressed.

I'm not going to lie, the parking lot at this location is not the greatest. There aren't a lot of spots available and they are at a steep decline so if you have to reverse uphill in icy conditions, it's...
