Pizza Man — Restaurant in Blaine

Extremely disappointed by the service and even more disturbed by the conversation with “the owner” when I called to inquire where that order I placed was.

I ordered 4 large 3 topping pizzas online before they opened for an 11am delivery, to be sent to one of my customers while they were all on lunch break. My customer reached out to me at 11:15 to see when the pizza was supposed to be there as there were 9 people sitting there on break waiting to eat.

I called in to see what happened and without apologizing, I was told the pizzas were in the oven. IN THE OVEN, nearly 20 minutes after they were supposed to have been eaten. Not only was the person claiming to be the owner not at all apologetic, he openly mocked me for being disappointed that the pizza will be well over a half hour late. I was told multiple times that I should have called in and not ordered online and that there was nothing he could do.

I spent nearly $90 after a $10 tip and I’ve never ever been so dissatisfied with a restaurant experience in my life.

They don't wear masks and can be openly hostile when you ask why. The workers are also basically on top of each other. Zero distancing is happening here. Ask yourself this, during a pandemic with a deadly virus, would you want people without masks or gloves touching and breathing on your food?

Restaurants are proven super spreaders for coronavirus. Stay safe and order from someone else who respects your health and safety.

EDIT: The owner replied to my response and he/she is confusing me for another person. I've been to Pizza Man twice during the pandemic. Each time, multiple people in the shop weren't wearing masks. The guy cutting my pizza didn't have a mask or gloves on. The guy who took my money wasn't wearing a mask. The lady making my pizza didn't have a mask or gloves on. This is unacceptable.

Also, if the lady working there does have a medical condition preventing her from wearing a mask (I doubt it), buy her a face shield.

We ordered one large pizza one small pizza and garlic cheese bread. We received our delivery 20 minutes prior to the time they had told us. Which was amazing.

We dug into our pizza with three kids and for adults. The youngest child being one and a half years old and the oldest being six years old. We bit into it to find a piece of glass the size of my pinky nail!!!

When I called the store I asked for the store manager, he was so rude and did not care at all. He said that there was no way it had came from his store and that it was not there in the pizza when it was delivered. Almost as if he was telling me that I placed it there for our children to eat!!!!!!

I’m livid.

All I asked for was a refund.

We did not get an I’m sorry, we did not get a refund & THE STORE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME!!!! When I called back they would not answer from my phone number! I’m beyond pissed off.
