Subway — Restaurant in Blaine

Well here is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever seen. First we used doordash but the people at the store sent one of the worst sandwiches I have ever seen. Besides the fact they missed almost halfway of the order. Then we called to talk with the store to find out why the would put cheese on the sandwich that is hard and stale from being left out for way too long.

We talked to a person that said her name is Rainy and she was the manager. She said she would not do anything about it and we (the customers) were out of luck unless we wanted to place another order. Then to make it better she hung up on us with out giving us the managers or owners information.

Little disappointed in my Local subway. First off, I'm all for music but what they had playing tonight was not acceptable. (Hip Hop, rap whatever you want to call it now days.) 2nd the staff was NOT friendly. When I ordered my sandwich I told the girl 2 times wheat bread and she continued to make it on white. I did correct her and she corrected it. I told them a little pickle a little green pepper and a little onion. They loaded it on. Now I'm not one to complain but I just didn't feel like I was at my local subway. The music really bothered because I was in there with my 6 yr old daughter. The employee by the name Kailyn is so rude and unprofessional. I’ve witnessed many different times where he was rude to new employees and customers. Tonight put me over the line. If you are out of a product, do not go make whatever you want. CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. He was very rude when I called. He called me the B word. And when I asked to speak to a manager, he said “this b is mad” & the manager Laughed and said we will handle this like this And proceeded to hang up .
