I called and was unable to get app to work at all (load) on the Oct 4-6 special classic pricing. The first call- so sorry you will have to come in and order. HOWEVER upon calling back when I did get the app operational yet it would not take the special pricing, the gal helping me said ‘NO PROBLEM’ I can do this over the phone . When the price for her came up similar , I decided to cancel the order . It was a drive anyway. Then she asked me to hold on. She did say the special was for only one per person - bummer I was seeing someone and was going to get theirs . Then she said no worries, with all the hassle we will give you the bowl at regular price and just not charge for the meat. It’s a win/win so I said yes. I came for pickup . It was ready. I also had a bday Rice Krispie which I look forward to every year - lots of marshmallow! Much to my pleasant surprise , when I got to my destination and opened the bag, both my original meals were there 🤔😁🙏🙏. On the cover it said ‘enjoy, we made an extra ‘. What a pleasant surprise and what exceptional extra customer service from the cooks and ordering staff . You made my day after a tough time realizing some bad news and unexpected car repairs. We were only customers in restaurant that had not already received food. Placed a dine in order for two bowls of noodles at 6:19 order finally arrived at our table at 6:47. Order was incorrect and had to be sent back. Additionally they have some horribly loud timer in the kitchen that goes off constantly and is incredibly annoying. The service we received from the cashiers was great very polite and helpful, and gave us a coupon card for the wait but business definitely needs better management and support for...

Food tastes great, just the protein portion of the dishes could be larger. In my opinion. But the pasta was nicely cooked and the fresh veggies were excellent.

And for the price, you could double the meat in it, and it would be comparable with the rest.

I wasn't a big fan of the cheese bread with the marinara. The sauce was great. The bread was seasoned a bit too much, and the about of cheese... was a bit lacking.
