My experience today with an associate by the name of Amiya is by far one of the worst customer service episodes I have had in a very long time. Her lacklustre customer service is disgraceful. My girlfriend pulled up to order two drinks one drink was a strawberry & banana smoothie with whip cream in a size large along with a Oreo Blender with three shots of espresso size medium. We pull up to the drive through window the drive through associate Aubrey comes to the window with our drinks my girl noticed they didnât put whip cream on my strawberry & banana smoothie. So my girl ask can she add the whip cream, Aubrey says in response she didnât hear my girl ask for whip cream then she said she forgot to add it to the order and insisted that my girl pay for the whip cream which she stated was $1.00 which come to find out is really 50¢, to add it to our order. Aubrey proceeds to ask my girlfriend for her card to charge her never once did she apologise for her mistake she made. So she eventually call this extreme rude unprofessional associate by the name of Amiya comes over and stated in a very aggressive manner that we had to pay and she is not going to compensate us because of the way my girlfriend was allegedly talking to Aubrey which my girlfriend at no point disrespected Aubrey with her making the mistake to not add the whip cream. So then my girlfriend asked for her manager number and she said she couldnât give it to her. Not to mention Amiya prints out the wrong receipt to give my girlfriend. So we pull back up to get our correct receipt Amiya comes to the window with a very nasty disposition about herself I asked for her name and how to spell it along with the other associate which was Aubrey. Then she calls her manager nonchalantly while we were chatting with her manager expressing my displeasure about the matter Amiya is standing there rolling her eyes and smurking! Her boss never offered to make our drinks over or any form of compensation for us. Not even a genuine apology, which i felt un at eased after chatting with...

This past Sunday, I went through the drive through and ordered what I thought was a standard cold brew with pumpkin crème on top. What I received was EXCESSIVELY watered down and overly sweetened cold brew.
Being that I just spent $7 dollars on a drink in THIS economy, I wanted what I paid for so I whipped back around and mentioned that the coffee was off but before I could even explain myself I was told to âscoot upâ. The shift manager named MacKenna then shoved another watered down cold brew in my hand.
I then asked why it tasted so sweet and she mentioned it was a âcrèmeâ based cold brew which is not clearly indicated on the menu as it looks like a dark cold brew with the crème on top. I then requested for it to be made like their standard ones with the pumpkin crème on top and also mention that I wish I had been listened to before she made a new one.
She then gets loud with me and visibly angry and raises her voice to tell me that I MUST pay for the new one or leave. I remained calm and expressed my dissatisfaction but proceeded to pay for the new one, and what I received was yet ANOTHER watered down cold brew and she barely put any crème on top and more lip service from MacKenna. $13 dollars and my peace of mind down the drain.
I know Scooters serves way better quality cold brew but this specific location does NOT meet those standards and their coffee is a VERY poor reflection of this brand. I attached pictures below since when is cold brew light brown?!
After reading other reviews, there are MULTIPLE mentions of the specific employee MacKenna providing awful customer service, itâs clear that the owners do not...

I love Scooterâs Coffee â their drinks are absolutely amazing and so delicious! I also really appreciate the variety of options and the fact that I can get a pup cup for my dog. Itâs always been one of our favorite stops.
Unfortunately, today was a disappointing experience. I wasnât having the best day and the interaction with the cashier (Makenna) was frustrating. I asked how much caffeine was in a specific drink and was told â3.â When I asked â3 what?â she said â3 shots of espresso.â I then asked how much caffeine was in one shot, and she said, âI dunno.â I asked for clarification, and she told me to âlook it up in the app.â I let her know I didnât have the app, and she responded, âOh well, Google then!â
At that point, I explained that I was just asking for the information and would have appreciated if sheâd taken a moment to find out. Instead, I was met with a dismissive tone and an âI dunno, you figure it outâ attitude. As a customer, I believe itâs fair to ask about whatâs in a beverage â especially when it comes to caffeine content. Since I couldnât get a clear answer, I decided not to order anything and left disappointed.
I hope this feedback helps the team understand how important it is to provide clear, helpful service â especially when it comes to health-related questions. Iâll be back because I love Scooterâs, but I do hope this type of experience can be improved...
