ViVi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Blaine

I have been here several times. The customer service has always been subpar, but I really like their strawberry slush with strawberry pearls and I only really interact when I place my order, so I didn't really think it was a big deal until today. When I approached the man was eating his lunch right at the register. He greeted me and I placed my order, as I was taking out my payment, he burped really loud several times. He didn't say excuse me or anything.

He started making my drink, but I noticed he didn't even wash his hands before touching the glass or anything to make my drink. It really grossed me out. I kept watching him make my drink and I noticed he was grabbing things that didn't even looked washed. Once he had my drink completed and put the plastic on top, he rubbed his hand over the top of my drink several times.

The man that was working today around 11am needs to be talked to. It made me so uncomfortable that I maybe took two sips out of the drink and threw it away because I didn't feel comfortable drinking something that the environment and staff that it was made in and by was...

If only I can give 0 stars. This VIVI is by far the worst location I’ve been to. There was only 1 worker and he seemed to be somewhere from South Asia/ Desi region and was very rude. My friend ordered a drink with 30% sweetness level and the guy insisted on 50% instead, made us feel very uncomfortable and didn’t wash his hands. Drink was a matcha and it was more of a brown drink with no green whatsoever. Drink was still pretty sweet for 30% sweetness level. Definitely not coming back to...

Went here the first time and it was great. My second time, they couldn't understand what I was ordering. I got the flaming brown sugar drink. It's like they didn't know how to make it. No brown sugar at all, tasted like straight milk. The boba was very hot, so my drink was basically hot. BUT tell me how you have fresh boba pearls made and they are STILL UNCOOKED.
