I ordered the Shrimp Philly cheese steak and the Chicago polish dog. Very good standard Chicago dog and the shrimp philly was outstanding! It was my first time trying a shrimp philly and it was delicious! I also tried items from the breakfast menu; the maple bacon French toast sandwich and a breakfast burrito. The sandwich was sweet, French toast, bacon, egg, cheese, and syrup. I chose gyro meat for the breakfast burrito and that was really good too. No one to take you order, just a screen THEN they demanded a tip! After I paid for my order someone from the back comes up and says no chilli! So I told him If he had been up at the counter it wouldn’t be an issue! He proceeds to show me a bell to get someone’s attention!! Literally came back two times, calling hello, I have been trying to get attention and nobody was working in front. Tried buying 2 Chicago dogs for me and my son and nobody came out front. Business is run down, dirty, no employees working, and customer service is trash. Might as well close down and go elsewhere if you don't have anybody working to help people standing around trying to give you...
