I had a Ruben they called it a grilled Ruben Well I have never had a sandwich that was grilled and the inside was cold like out of the refrigerator……. I saw on the Menu where one of the sandwiches said something about cool on interior, so I asked the waitress is this Ruben supposed to be cold on the inside she said I’m not sure 🤦🏻♂️ So I said well I have never had a Reuben where it was cold The cheese was like they just took the slices out of the pack and there was literally maybe a half a fork full of cold sauerkraut she said well I will let them know so I thought she was going to get a manager. I would have told her earlier but she never came back to the table. I was wondering if the manager was going to come out so I could ask him if the inside of the sandwich is supposed to be cold. But I could hardly get her back to even give me the bill So the Reuben was $15 I have had a better Ruben at Arby’s Instead of fries I had onion rings so that was an extra two dollars so I have $17 in a Reuben sandwich. So with my wife’s chicken salad wrap and water to drink it was $34 I don’t care if it’s $50 if it’s good ….. but it surely was not My wife said her chicken salad wrap was OK I never leave reviews. But this one deserves a review and the real killer was they had 4.9 stars was one reason why we went there I am adding this a day later, We went to blue ridge marina and had a Reuben today ….If you want to know how to make one go there and order one or go to sawmill restaurant in Blairsville and order one they make a good Rubens Yours is a joke. And to top it off either one of...
Read moreMy family( daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and myself) drove to North Georgia for a quiet weekend in Blue Ridge. We had the pleasure of dining at SweetPeas twice and each time the food was amazing. It is always challenging for me to find eateries that impress me mainly because I can cook, BUT Sweet Peas gave me much more than I expected. The food was absolutely delicious. Every item had the freshest taste as if it came fresh from the garden or from the farm down the road. What I loved most of all was that I was able to purchase many of the items to take home. I’m not going to list what we ate because we ate off of each others plate which gave us the experience of many I of the items on the menu but what I will say is if you are in the area and don’t dine there you are going to miss out on some LOVE IN THE BELLY. Thank you to the owner and staff for making mine and my families dining experience one of the most memorable experiences in a long time. I truely hope to get back there again. God...
Read moreFood was just ok pasta salad was just boiled noodles and some peppers with no dressing on it or seasoning of any kind. Skip that. Never seen pasta salad like that in my life. French fries were curly and seemed to be the same ones Arby's uses. Pretty expensive for what you get as well. Monte crisco was 16.00 and was not that bad but not that great. They forgot to put the powdered sugar on it. Ordered the cream cheese pretzel as well and it did not have whipped cream. I would give them a 5 out of 10.
Edit the pasta salad had NO dressing and I should have taken a picture. They might usually put dressing on it, but today it did not have any. And no the ice cream was not with the whipped cream either. There is no reason to tell stories on here. Yes this was a to go order but for almost fifty dollars everything should be included. Be weary of the fact that are writing things that are not true back to me just to get people to come there and basically saying that I'm not...
