I went on a Saturday around 1pm and I literally could not have had a worse experience. The server was very young and rude, clearly a workers son. I support young people working; however, teaching basic manners and etiquette, and taking notes so one doesn’t forget literally every part of the order would be very helpful. On the menu, it indicates that there are numerous different sized margs, when I tried to order a 22oz, he said they don’t offer that. Then I asked for a 32oz, he said they don’t offer that. Then he told me the only thing that is offered is a 12oz, despite having all of which on the menu. I repeated my order many times to him because I knew there would be issues, and still, every single item came incorrect. Once I placed my order, the waiter was not seen again at our table except to deliver the food. As previously mentioned, once the food got to us, every part of my order was incorrect, and the food was cold and undercooked (I ordered fajitas). The marg was sugary and contained next to no alcohol despite their ridiculous pricing (see below for side note). Literally every worker looked like they were in a daze and overwhelmed, when maybe 10% of the seats were occupied by customers, if that. Lastly, literally everything that can be watered down (ketchup, salsa, cheese dip, margs and... guacamole???), was very watered down. Please save yourself the frustration and the waste of money and go to literally any other Mexican restaurant within 50 miles.
Side note: I have a key chain breathalyzer to ensure I am below the legal limit if I am driving that day. Well, the 12 oz margarita I had that I ordered with an extra shot, got me to 0.02 BAC immediately after consuming. If this doesn’t indicate they water down, or don’t put the proper amount of alcohol in their margs, I don’t...
Read moreThe service at the door was Despicable I didn't get past that point to be able to tell you how the food and the atmosphere were. Being turned away from an establishment because I have a medical service dog is nothing new. When I'm by myself I can bashfully walk away, but when I'm with other people it makes for a very uncomfortable situation. Never in a million years when my doctor said I needed to take a dog with me everywhere, did I think it would cause such a fuss for businesses. The American Disability Act, also known as ADA, was put in place so people with disabilities would be able to function normally in public places. Most businesses in America know about ADA. It seems to me if you were going to have a business in America you should learn all the legalities that go along with it. I had two options when I was turned away from this establishment Call the POLICE Walk away PEACEFULLY The last thing I want to do is make a scene where families are enjoying their meals. Heck, that's all I wanted to do. There does come a point where I wonder how can I change things so this doesn't happen anymore ??? I'm a very peaceful person. I don't like drama, but like I said there comes a time when enough is enough and these business owners who keep turning me away need to learn the laws of the land they live in.

Read moreFood is bland, whitewashed, and tasteless. Service was fine, but server said all of four words to us, without expression. We ordered three steak tacos ($8.95), a chicken fajita quesadilla (~$11), and a daiquiri ($4), with gum ($0.5). $27.71, before tip. Pretty sure I was overcharged, but I wasn't given a receipt so that is 100% REASSURING.
The quesadilla felt like having all the bad without the good. Loaded with grease and oil, but when I took a bite it wasn't a rich, buttery one, rather just cooked with too much oil. On top of that, the cheese wasn't all throughout the tortilla, but instead just at the bottom. It was either a bite of stuff with no cheese, or just cheese. How do you make a man not want to eat a quesadilla?
When I compare their $3.33 steak tacos with an equivalent price taco from Atlanta, it's a downright shame. I pay three bucks for a taco, I want sour cream, sauce, cilantro, and maybe some toppings and good marinade. These tacos were straight up unseasoned and plain.
The drinks are pretty reasonably priced, and the daiquiri tasted nice and artificial (even though she ordered mango and got strawberry).
Last time I go here. I hope a place with some actual care for the food they put out, with some self respect, comes along and puts this restaurant in...
