I came here to enjoy a holiday meal and boy was I disappointed. First, I was told that they only had the buffet available and that it would cost $25 per person. Pretty steep price for only 8 food options, and two of the options were fries and chicken tenders. The food was mediocre at best, and horrible for some dishes. There food lacked flavor or texture and the food was worse than meals a novice cook could make at home using generic ingredients. Why pay for pasta that tastes like it was just boiled in water with no seasoning? Who in the right mind would want overcooked, mushy rice or plain ragu sauce to flavor their pasta? Any real Italian would be reeling at the poor execution of some of their "traditional Italian meals." I can't understand how restaurants this bad stay in business here in NEPA. This by far isn't the only bad restaurant out here and I don't get how they get rated so well. Do the longtimers living out here have tastebuds? I came here because this restaurant has 4.4 stars out of 345 reviews and boy was I fooled. I give two stars and those stars are only to give credit for the fact that the restaurant itself looks nice on the inside and outside but yeah, it's all smoke and mirrors. Based on reviews, I was excited to eat here especially with a gluten allergy. I heard they were great with accommodating this! The setting was nice. The waitress didn't say "follow me" upon walking away to a table with our menus. So we stood there waiting before deciding to catch up. I asked about gluten free options which she knew nothing and confessed she was new and didn't really know half the stuff on the menu. So I gave grace. I told her I had an allergy to gluten and could she ask the chef if the Alfredo sauce was GF. She came back with "it SHOULD be ok". Oh boy... I got gf pasta and it wasn't cooked long enough. So still firm and some kinda on the crunchy side. I didn't complain. $25.50 for gf chicken Alfredo 😳 The waitress forgot the bread & oil for the rest of the table until the end of meals. When we went to leave our waitress was also tending the hostess stand and taking payments there with a line out the door. No wonder we waited so long for everything. She was busy! So we were a little disappointed with our experience and the lack of care & concern for my food allergy. Hoping for another try in the future but not eager...

Went for dinner on a Friday. Place was empty. My daughter ordered a hot wing hogie. I ordered a cheese steak panini and my wife ordered an antipasto salad. Took a while to get our food. Remember now place is empty. Our fries were so greasy you could pick it up and watch the oil drop off of it. She brought out a cheese steak hogie for me instead of a panini. The cheese steak hogie was just frozen steakems and cheese. My wife's salad was small with almost no lettuce but just deli salami and deli provolone. Nothing of what an antipasto should be. No pepperchini or olives etc. My daughter's hot wing hogie was absolutely disgusting. It was like they cooked a chicken for chicken parmesan but then used mix of maranara sauce hot sauce and something else. It was so gross.
