If 0 stars was a choice I would have chosen 0. This was the worst display of management and not just poor customer service but flat out aggressive behavior and retaliation towards me,the customer. After I disputed the 4for$4 on the menu that is advertised wrong according to them. I ordered 4 regular McChicken sandwiches and paid regular price for them after an agreement couldn't be met over the false and deceptive menu advertisement. 3/4 was correct, ordered the way it comes and the 4th they put mustard and pickles on, I felt this was done on purpose. Then after I got in my car to leave and tasted one I realized they had given me all spicy McChickens and I feel confident that was on purpose in retaliation for me complaining. The managers where so rude and hateful and one completely would not even acknowledge me when I was speaking to her! I plan to contact the district management on the next business day, as I took down their names.(trusting they told me their real/correct names) Also,no one had a name tag on and the majority of workers had no hat/visor on in the kitchen area.(no hair nets etc.) I am including a picture of the menu at the time this occurred,as I was told to receive to 4for4 I had to get fries and nuggets not just sandwiches, which was in no way displayed anywhere on the menu inside. Read moreI went to the drive-thru order the number 10 for breakfast made it home and realize it was the wrong order so of course I took it back only to be insulted by the manager telling me that she took my order and that was what I ordered all lies instead of just replacing the order this woman called the police on me I'm trying to contact corporate because the police officer told me they have several calls at their location so evidently the manager is the problem she does not know how to diffuse situations. I had wanted alarge mocca for two dollars because I had thought I could get not seeing the right info, but was not corected about the size untilpaid and got a small one. I was very livid about it and went back to talk with the trainee and the manager steped in telling me she was being trained and it was not her fault. Use to have on the training video a senerio that the costumer ordered wrongly and then the cashier would tellbthe costumer the correct thing mot wait until after paid and costumer got the order. So that's why I was so livid even after I found out that she was being trained. You see she should have been trained to tell the costumer that what they where ordering was incorrect before ending the ordering stage. This way your not blind sided by not getting exactly what you ordered! That is after all going to make or break your order and your happiness! But it ended up that they gave back my money and I walked out a bit happier than when I left the first time. Just hope that doesn't continue or it could be...
