Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bloom Township

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! NO MASKS, TERRIBLE SERVICE! None of the people ever have masks on, they did not have any of the stuff that was on the app, wouldn't make the DIY donut kit that was supposedly available on the dunkin app at their location. The owner/manager (man) has no mask on all the time, I go at least once or twice a week and he and the female owner/manager and all employees NEVER have masks on or not covering their mouths or noses, and he had my coffee cup up by his mouth at one point while making it. I would put zero stars if I could. They never get my coffee right usually either, but I came in and watched this time, it took 20 minutes to communicate and have to change and make my order because they are so dysfunctional with their own menu options, about 10 minutes to make 1 coffee, thats way too long, and I was able to see the MANAGER unfortunately contaminate it with His germs having no mask and breathing into the cup closely when it was already filled with stuff, so I had to throw it away outside, wasting my money and time. They don't talk clearly when you ask for more than a basic simple order, and they don't listen at all to what i ask for, grabbed my phone to look at what I asked for, argued about what was clearly on their menu, and tried to overcharge me for a spider donut, saying it was 2 dollars plus tax when it clearly is $1.39 plus tax on their app. They don't practice Illinois required covid safety regulations, have terrible customer service and took way too long, i was there for almost 30 minutes trying to ordermy stuff and waiting for my coffee, and I am 32 weeks pregnant. This was a danger to my baby and me and I will NEVER go to this dunkin location ever again. I will be leaving this same review on all my social media/Facebook/instagram as well. They need to be shut down and some people replaced and everyone retrained. The managers are terrible. Do not waste...

I have gone to this location at least a dozen times by now because it is super close to me but they are by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I have received a hot coffee when I ordered iced twice, they ran out of caramel at 11am before, they have gotten my order wrong at least another 3 times, and their attitudes are overall terrible. The Indian lady there literally has no care for her customers experiences. They need either retrain the staff from square one or start replacing them because it is honestly sad how bad their service is, the best employee I had an experience with there was the guy who cooked the hot food and gave it to me, he at least wished me a good day and seemed far more upbeat than the rest of the staff. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible service. The employees give no respect even when given it back . I ordered a large iced coffee and paid for it for then to tell me after the fact they no longer have large cups that they will give me a medium so I informed them that the price is different for the medium and large and that they owed me money they said no the price is the same. If that was in fact the case why would I buy a medium over a large if price is the same so basically I would be paying more for less coffee. I explained this to them and they would not give me the partial refund for the coffee so I had my entire order refunded.
