Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bloomfield

0 stars..0 customer service..0 communication/comprehension !! Once in a blue moon I stop n get 2 doz assorted NO sprinkles..well this is the 3rd time that I tried this place..mind you there was a car still in front of the speaker..but his order was already done..my car was behind..I can clearly hear a young lady screaming how can I help you..but I'm like clearly she see or know the same person still sitting there..so it's said again..but louder an with attitude..said again but this time yelling..so the car infront of me finally is able to pull up so I can get to the speaker..an I say gm an what my order is..I hear "what kind of donuts you want"?..So I repeat my order ..an told my total..only to get to the window ,pay for my order an have the boxes shoved at me..by this point I'm boiling..so I drive off just to get down the street an something told me check the boxes..well I did check..and they gave me 2 doz donuts with sprinkles..Tried calling..but of course nobody...

9-14-23 @ 7am...They are all rude they don't say how are you doing they give you the wrong order. I go here because I've been going here for a few years and now the coffee is always wrong. I have to be at work by 7:30 so I'd be there by 7 AM to always get my coffee wrong and then when I bring it back, theres no apologize, can I give you a gift card due to poor customer service, nothing!!!' They handed me another coffee which it was wrong again, i just left it at the window..I try to give them the benefit of doubt but my god that morning crew is horrible..They look like they hate they job your just serving coffee whats so difficult about that!!! I haven't been to every Dunkin in CT, but of the dozen or more which I have purchased from, this one is hands down the worst. I've ordered from them several times because of their proximity to the Home Depot. Sometimes the order is fine; equally often the order is wrong. They give something other than what you ordered, they forget to put something in the bag, or they make the drink the wrong way. For example, I've ordered a chai tea latte three times - without fail they will make a dirty chai. Even when the ordered are delivered correctly, the staff is nearly always rude, sarcastic, slow, and/or...
