Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bloomfield

I like this Dunkin but recently my orders have not been correct. I usually go in the morning and sometimes I'm in and out and other times I'm waiting at least 10min for a coffee and wrap. I'm usually patient and dont complain but the last four times I have gone I've had a problem. The first one was I ordered a new latte and the employee on duty did not know how to make the drink so they made me what they thought it was and sent me on my way. The second issue, I ordered a to go order which was a bacon and egg wrap no cheese. When I arrived I grabbed my order and left only to find out there was cheese. The next day I ordered the same thing at the same time and again there was cheese. So I stopped going for a couple days then I came back today ordered the same thing hoping it would be correct, and this time it was except the egg was still frozen in the middle. I am extremely upset because this Dunkin is very close for me and I like my coffee and breakfast before work but I think it's time to find a new place to take my business. The employees cant take the time to make sure the orders are correct it doesnt matter if its busy or not. Everytime I ordered it's been early enough when I walk in there is 1 to 2 customers so not sure what...

Possibly the worst Dunkin’ in New Jersey. Every time I go there, I have a bad experience. I try to avoid it at all costs, but it happens to be one of the closest locations to where I live. I’ve repeatedly waited longer than expected (10-15min) for Mobile orders, and my coffee never seems to come out right. I’ve also watched them mislabel my order as someone else’s as I’m standing in front of them waiting for it. Today, I was across the street in the strip mall, so decided to give it one more shot. I placed a mobile order and waited about 10 min before picking it up. My order was surprisingly ready and “correct”, but was not prepared to normal standards. I received four “wraps” and received three out of the four as pictured. Basically not folded or attempted to be made correctly in any way. Young staff that don't really care. Pretty rad. I watched this young person struggle at the sandwich making station and knew my order would be frukked. I ordered a beyond saucer and watched in horror as he had bacon sitting next to my prepped 'mich...I looked away hoping the young buck was just in struggle mode and cutting corners for the next person behind me waiting for their snack attack. Getting back to the car I noticed that my sang was pretty bulky in comparison to other times I've indulged in corporate future food...yep: bacon on my beyond patty...I know I shouldn't be eating anything for my diet that comes from a place that capitalizes on the restriction, but I was starving and felt naughty too. Anyways, the bacon... Took it back inside and long story short: they just took the bacon off and said sorry... Pretty gnarly....
