I hate to leave a negative review for any Business and I have very rarely done that so far unless it will help others in any way or form. We have been buying cakes and pastries from this place for more than 15+ years and we always feel so excited to visit every time to try their pastries or cookies. But things are now completely different, this place is not run properly and I believe it poses some health hazard. We recently ordered a Birthday cake for our son's birthday party and we took the cake directly from the bakery to the party venue. When we cut the cake and distributed to all the kids, almost every kid returned the cake to us or threw it in the trash. Later when we had a piece of cake we found the smell of Garlic / the stale taste of the cream. We also experienced symptoms of food poisoning the next day and was surprised to note that it's because of the cake. The next day we called and let the owner know of this issue and he suggested to come to the store and show the receipt for a refund. We showed up 2 days in a row but they were closed without any notice. Finally we went to the store when it was opened and the owner insisted to get the left over cake / some portion of the cake and just not the receipt alone. We told him politely that he didn't specify this over the phone, if so we would have saved some cake in a container and stored it in the refrigerator, since the cake box occupies a major space in the refrigerator we threw it on the trash day to clear the space. He became agitated and started becoming so rude was threatening to call the police if I don't leave the place. The authentic taste and the quality of this store is now completely gone and I would recommend people to stay away from this place and look for better...

I haven’t been treated so poorly by a business like the way I was treated by this bakery in a really long time. I ordered a cake in advance for a graduation party. I was told the bakery closes at seven and it would be ready at 6:30 to pick up the next day. When I showed up at 6:30, the bakery was dark and a “closed” sing was in the window. People were inside so I knocked on the door and a frustrated employee came outside and asked me what I wanted. When I explained that I was there to pick up a cake, and that I was told the bakery was open until 7, he said “we had somewhere to be tonight”He was shaking his head and frustrated. He wouldn’t make eye contact and did not have 1 ounce of customer service in him when interacting with me.I told him no one called me or asked that I come earlier to get the cake. With his back to me he said “I don’t care”. Then I said forget it, I don’t want to give you my business. He said “Fine. That’s your problem.”

No sir, it’s actually the owner’s problem. I do not believe this man was the owner of the bakery, and you have proven to be sabotaging their business.

The cake was for a graduation dinner. Because of Pasticceria Bakery the graduates did not have a cake. My family was disappointed that I showed up empty handed. I will never go back to this bakery. I don’t associate with low level people like this. No one should if they want to be treated like a...

I ordered IN PERSON on Monday 1/13/25 a wedding rehearsal cake to be picked up Wednesday, 1/15. I just left there with NO cake. I ordered a 12x12 square chocolate cake with blue and white flowers. A woman worker brought out TWO ROUND cakes with red and pink flowers with the writing split between the two cakes! Also, you could barely read the writing on the cake, written with a big fat icing tip instead of a slim one. When I asked what happened, the woman seemed like she didn't understand and didn't speak English well and just shrugged her shoulders. I had her look at the order sheet she was holding and I pointed out what was to be made. Again, she shrugged it off! She was the only one working there today. I left furious without the silly round cakes and have been trying to call the bakery to speak with the owner or manager to tell them what happened and that their baker and decorator should be fired, and that they need some customer service training, but the phone just rings and rings. It's always been our favorite bakery, but I and my family and friends will NOT be back! It's a shame my son and fiancé won't have their big chocolate cake tonight, but I did save myself the ridiculous $95 I would have paid. Luckily, I found a nice one at Big Y and their decorator wrote on it beautifully... and it was...

One of the first things you notice when waking in is the displays filled with a large variety of patries. There are a lot of options to choose from. From stuffed bread, to cheesecakes, cupcakes, cakes, and cookies, you have options. The biggest problem is they all look good. On the side of the bakery counter is the pizza area. The set up is pretty cool, sporting an old Italian restaurant/ pizzeria motif. They had about 8 freshly made varieties of pizza to choose from. You can also select individual slices. Next to the pizzas are a mix of wraps and salad. Their staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about pastries and helped me narrow down my decision. Prices are good and lower than many of the other pastry shops I've been to. All the other costumers that came in left happily with their spoils.

We walked in around 1:15 pm on a sunday, no greeting from the lady behind the counter, there was a group of four 20 something year olds taking over 4 tables, on the opposite side there was a group of 3 older gentleman sitting at a table for four. After our purchase of a slice of black forest, coconut pineapple and a chocolate fudge we headed to the larger back group so we could sit at a comfortable area that would accommodate us three... the "manager or owner" waited for us to place our food on the table to inform us the area was closed. Annoyed we moved to the front room and sat at a table for 2 to add insult to injury all three tasted old even the espresso wasn't pulled right... no crema and not hot enough. We try to stop by everytime we visit my inlaws, i will not be returning.

Stopped here because my coworker never had a cannoli and i was excited to see an italian bakery. Ordered a couple cannolis, tiramisu, and lobster tail(dessert). After we left we tried them out and I am not sure what the heck that was, but it most definitely wasnt a cannoli. It seems like more of a whipped cream or something. I really feel bad for anyone trying these thinking they are authentic cannolis. As for the tiramisu, it came in a glass with a plastic lid, ironically i saw nearly the exact ones at costco or sams club. On the bright side the service was good and friendly, and the atmosphere reminded me of other italian bakeries. Sorry guys, not sure where you learned your recipes, but they are terribly wrong.
