Placed an order for dinner tonight and picked it up. I asked the girl if my wings were made with the new wing sauce and she said yes after looking at the order receipt. I get home to feed my family and the wings were buffalo, definitely not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and told the young lady the problem. She tells the owner what happened and I clearly hear her say that they are too busy right now I have to deal with it and call back tomorrow. At this point I can’t believe what am hearing and ask to speak to the owner and the young lady tells me she can’t come to the phone bc she’s busy cooking wings. When I tell her I need my order resolved bc I just paid good money for 20 wings and can’t even eat them she just gives me attitude. When I tell her that I don’t appreciate her attitude and question it her answer is “well that’s what the owner is telling me to tell you. You have to call back tomorrow if you want your order fixed.” I just hung up bc I am livid that I ordered food that I paid for and cannot have. I don’t care if I had to wait an hour for wings. This is ridiculous and disappointing to say the least. My family and i have been customers here for over 10 years and although sometimes the staff is a little rude and our food doesn’t come out right here and there we still always came back. If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a very dry Caesar wrap and stuffed shells with 2-3 pounds of cheese on in with no flavor. I cant do too much cheese and it was overall disgusting. I tried to call the next day considering I ordered it at night for a refund but when I called at 10 the boss wasn’t there and they told me to call at 10:30. She still wasn’t there. I then called around 4 and she answered and I told her the issue and she then went on to tell me that nothing was wrong with the food and that people always want that much cheese and they brag about it. I then said is there anything I can do to get some sort of money back and she said that she’s not doing that but she could do a voucher. I told her no I don’t want to eat there again considering how she was talking to me on the phone and also the distasteful food. She started to get loud over the phone mocking me asking me how old I was and I then threaten her with a review and told her I needed to get a refund. And this is where I am now writing it. Terrible customer service. I was once a manager and the way she raised her voice and try to defend her self was insane. If you want to get pizza or anything go somewhere else the 4.4 stars on...
