When they are busy like this they make everyone wait where they are, but when they are slow they tell you to pull ahead because they are so bad at customer service they dont even want you to wait at their window for 30 seconds because you might ask for something.
6 16 23: I hate coming here, today I sat at the drive thru window for 4 minutes and nobody even spoke to me. Drove up to the window and saw nobody standing around the counter or drive thru. I honked my horn but still saw nobody. I drove around and gave up on that, having already paid for the meal through their app I was kind of stuck dealing with this now.
Inside there are 2 people at the counter and one person taking orders while another stares at a screen waiting to do something. I asked about the drive thru, she claimed she said to give her a minute. I said no you didn't I never heard anything and I've been sitting there for 4 minutes. I noted she had another 2 or 3 cars in the drive thru line and she just kind of dismissed me with a wave. Eventually got my food and got out of there but I should have just gone to 90th and Penn, it still would have been faster and better
From 2021: Horrible service, couldn't get my order right while rushing me through the drive thru, asked for some sauce with my onion rings but they wanted 25 cents which I refused to pay. So I went in to get a refund and the female hispanic manager made me stand there for 10 minutes while she paced on the phone with the cops cuz she didnt like my attitude. She then threw out the $10 order after the refund, all over a 25 cent cup of sauce. Pretty stupid way to lose a customer, the food you tossed cost you more than the one sauce cup would have. Read moreThere are so many 1 star reviews here about bad service. I called Guest Relations and I encourage other people to take about 5 min to do that to improve service at this location. If I were the franchise owner, I know I would want to know (especially with how deserted this location looks). Melissa in GR was very nice.
Sun 12/23 10:29 am we were relieved to get there just before breakfast stopped, but they said they could no longer serve breakfast. When I asked what time they stopped serving, the response was a sarcastic and rude, "Um.. now!" When I said I was disappointed that they stopped serving a bit early since we had driven 20 min now that our hometown BKs were out of business. She said, "Look at the menu, it's already been changed to lunch. That's what you can order." I see from other reviews they try to stop even at 10:15.
Most of the people I know who still go to BK only get breakfast there. Corporate may want to consider all day breakfast items like McDonalds. In the meantime, if you really have to turn down breakfast business at 10:29 when you have zero other customers inside or in drive thru, it would be good to have kind employees with some kind of customer service skills.
In this economy with so many choices and convenience (mobile ordering, all day menu), I'm surprised BK wouldn't step it up to stay in business. What you lack in other areas could be made up for in great customer service if you trained...

We visited this location via the drive-thru and needed to place an order for the three people in the car. We drive up and say our first order - Original Chicken Sandwich, Onion Rings, No Drink. The lady provides us the total. My fiance continues - "I'm sorry, that wasn't my complete order, I still need to order for two other people." The clerk sighs loudly into the microphone and then goes, "WHAT ELSE!" (Not a question, was said as an exasperated exclamation). We place the second part of the order - Two Whoppers, One Large Fry, and Two Medium Surge No Ice. She instructs us to proceed forward to the window. She hands us the two sodas, both of which contained ice - we say, "We asked for no ice." She proceeds to throw the cups into the trash can so hard that they spray soda up and onto the drive-thru window. She then stomps away to make our Surge No Ice. The clerk who took our order appeared to be a middle-aged white female, so she should have known better with regard to customer service.
