Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bloomington

nastiest chick fil a ever! ordered a regular chicken, egg, and cheese sandwich. got home to work and the sandwich had bacon in it. i don’t eat pork bc i’m muslim, and the order ticket had no bacon on it so i’m honestly confused why it was added. this wouldn’t have been a problem if it was just a once or twice occurrence, but it’s not. this is the sixth time it happened to me and that’s not including the times my siblings got food from this exact chick fil a. you’d expect it to be other errors such as (wrong order or missing order) but every time it’s BACON on our food. at this rate it’s xenophobic and islamaphobic behavior. the one thing we muslim can’t eat at chick fil a being given to us in all our orders. i genuinely don’t understand the reasoning behind it all. it’s absolutely disgusting and it needs to stop. the morning shift workers are honestly the strangest people i’ve ever seen, this chick fil a is the strangest chick fil a i ever been too. SAINT LOUIS PARK CHICK FIL A WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST IN SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD. pls if you love chick fil a don’t go to this location. it’s absolutely deplorable. but if you want bacon on your food dress like a muslim woman and they might add it on for ya, just saying that’s what they do here. i don’t even write reviews lol it’s weird but i took time out of my day to do this review. only place id stand outside of and send customers away to the nearest chick fil a. this might be a franchise, and if it is get it together, your workers don’t even say “my pleasure” anymore. it’s LACKLUSTER! bye. 🥴

Reed!! What can I say….I’ve been meaning to leave this review for awhile! First to the patrons CALM DOWN when have they EVER RAN OUT OF CHICKEN?! This is a busy location just off the interstate our children and families work here to deliver greatness TRY to release the Hangries before you drive up and injure someone.

This GM has made so many accommodations to keep the workers safe and most comfortable through the elements. Pre C-19 the workers had an umbrella and sometimes nothing else while taking outside orders, now they’ve got a huge warming somewhat cooling awning with booths, in the winter some type of heavy duty wind shield goes up. This really matters when it’s negative 2 degrees.

So this incident had to be a good year ago but I wanted to make it public that this guy really cares. One winter day I placed an order at the drive thru and noticed a woman standing on the outer rims of her shoes. You generally do that when your feet are near frostbite. A second glance at this woman I noticed a hole in her shoe. As I was moved along through the drive thru a man was picking up trash around the parking lot it was Reed the GM. I recognized him from the Chick-fil-A emails. I called him over and asked if he would give the money I was offering him to that worker I had seen for a pair of new work shoes or boots. He told me to keep the money and that he would make sure she got shoes.

I’m not sure how much time went by -maybe a week or two but the next time I drove by I saw every worker in snowsuits and boots!! It chokes me up every-time I think back to that day if more GM’s were like this they could retain...

Had a great experience for my first time ever having the legendary Chick Fil-A. I got the spicy chicken combo. Food was good, service was excellent and fast. One problem; I asked the young man at the counter what oil was used for the fries. He told me filtered peanut oil. I explained that I was allergic to peanuts and needed to substitute another side. He explained to me that the oil was so filtered that me having a reaction should not be a factor. I still replaced fries, but my daughter got them. I'd never heard that explanation before and my curiosity got the better of me, so I tried a small piece of my daughter's fries. It took about 15 minutes before I showed symptoms of a reaction but when it came, it was strong. Especially considering such a small piece. Now that I think about it, filtration may purify and make it more potent, not less. I'm a grown man and I accept responsibility for listening to a kid, but a kid should not be giving out this kind of advice in the first place. His response was well rehearsed and quick, so this wasn't the first time he's told someone that. Now I have to spend the next two days fighting this off. Grrr!
