Panda Express — Restaurant in Bloomington

I came in on Sunday the 2nd of March and it was busy so I let them know I am ok with waiting while the handle their online orders and I ordered 2 orders of cream cheese puffs the server even yelled that it was 2 orders to cashier so its ip to par on paying after getting home I see no cream cheese puffs so I call them to see if something can be done over phone while my daughters and I enjoy our hot food but no one picked up so I had to drive back and when I explained that I called to resolve issue I got silence back so I went on to say that it's unfair they didnt pick up because when I got back not a single person in line and a handful of people eating so they could have answered there were atleast 5 of them their but now I have to eat my food cold to wich I was told they are sorry.....well it's not them that got the wrong end of the stick so it easy to say sorry how about we can go to a competitor from now on if a simple thing like cream cheese puffs cant be handled and no one picks up the phone it feels like panda is only about #s not where those #s come from I hope the donations of 1$ every time I come in ang give to their charities are on the up and up and not bunch of mistakes like...

Two bad experiences in a row from this location. Went last week to get teriyaki chicken. I get my order, and ask for teriyaki sauce, and they tell me they don't have it. Would have been nice to know that before hand (would probably have ordered something else). Chicken thighs on their own are pretty bland, and took the meal down a few notches.

Today I went to give them another try. Show up around 11:15. Walk up to the door, and a sign says that they won't open today until 11:30. Okay, I'll just wait and scroll my phone. I see quite a few others waiting in their cars too. I wait until 11:30 and walk up with the others and the doors are locked, and the sign was updated last minute to 12:00. That is just disrespectful to people's time. At least come out and tell the people in their cars that you can't open, or better yet actually know when you can open. Horrible general service though employee was nice. I placed an order through their app. It was 830 and since my regular store closes at 900 it wouldn't let me order from there so I had to order from this one which is open until 930. So I put in my order, paid, and got my order number as usual. Head to the store. When I arrive I head in and am told they have no orders. No problem, I give them my order number thinking they can look it up. No she says she needs a receipt with the store number. I have never received such a thing, only an order number. You would think they could then use that to look up an order, right? Oh no, you need a receipt showing the store number. So she tells me I can just purchase a meal there. I tell her it already took the money out of my account. There is nothing she can do. So I have no food, they have my money, and I got to drive twice as far for...
