Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

UPDATE: I ordered again tonight and my order took nearly 90 minutes to be delivered and arrived lukewarm. I am not changing my review to less stars, though, for a few reasons. The store was extremely busy and short staffed when I called to check on my order and Thomas apologized for the delay and explained the circumstances. Bradley, our delivery driver was very friendly. The store was proactive and emailed me acknowledging that this delivery didn’t meet their standards and offered a choice of rewards to use on our next order. This business is run very well and we will continue ordering from this store because I know they appreciate their customers and strive to provide the best experience for us.

I ordered through the app but even though my ordered showed as “completed,” we did not have our order. I called the store and spoke to Thomas. He gave me the option of a store credit or a remake of the order. I chose to have the order remade. He quoted about 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we still had not received our order so I called again. I spoke to Thomas again. He verified my address and I described it to him. He told me it was a different driver than the first who we found out delivered it to the wrong address. Thomas issued a store credit AND remade our order for a third time which DID make it to us! :) Thomas was calm and professional every time I called and I felt like he genuinely wanted to make it right for us. I’m very impressed by the customer service and how Thomas went above and beyond. The pizza was delicious—hot and fresh! I highly recommend ordering...

Big time fan of dominos and I often get delivery but today I got pickup. Two thin crust pizzas with onions and supposedly hot sauce. That's why it's only 4/5 stars. I have trouble tasting things and the few things I can often taste, is hot sauce but I didn't taste any of that on the pizzas. A bit disappointed because that often also happens when I get it delivered too. Service was good and the young man checking me out was great. It's just a shame that I paid for the hot sauce addition but didn't get any.

Edit: A friend ordered two large pizzas and got one in a medium box. Upon asking the delivery driver about that she said she accidentally put the large pizza in the medium box and it was a large pizza inside. It is not a large pizza, already reported it as a problem but still real disappointing this is a first for both me...

I had a pizza coupon and it wouldn’t let me redeem it so I called and the manager told me they would have it delivered. After about a hour I called and they told me they knocked and called my phone. I was waiting about 10 ft from the door so I know they never knocked and I had no missed calls. He read me off the wrong number and then corrected himself. I asked what would we do from here and he said the driver had another hr of deliveries but could circle back around. I told him I would want a pizza that was 2 hours old and the manger told me he could make me a fresh one but it would be about 2-3 more hours before it could get to me. I said no thank you and asked if I could use the coupon another time and he told me no. So much hassle with no result. It has deterred me from...
