Grady's Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

Please do NOT waste your money. If I could give this food 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting, not even exaggerating. Doesn’t even taste like pizza. The sauce is just loaded up with tons of sugar. I would rather eat a bag of candy for dinner. Even the ranch is loaded with sugar. My 10 yr old who loves candy & soda wouldn’t even eat this pizza, he said, “ OMG THIS IS TOO SWEET, ITS GROSS MOM!” We threw it all away after only a peice. Then my husband & I GOT SICK TO OUR STOMACHS WITH STOMACH CRAMPS! Read another review who said it happened to them too. Took atleast45 min for our order & when asked to change to sit inside, without any need for extra service, we were denied. Wish we would have just ordered a dominos pizza instead, that’s how bad it was. They need to really reevaluate their recipe. I called for delivery, I saw a car of Grady’s just 4 doors down from me a couple days ago, I was told they don’t deliver out here I mentioned the car delivering just recently and was told they “pick and choose” who they deliver to. Wow! It’s your business to do just that but you lost a first time customer, maybe you make more than enough money that you don’t care but picking and choosing who to deliver to will lose you many more customers. Looking now at the reviews I would think you would want a better reputation, especially when you lose a customer who could influence many businesses to not order from Grady’s from a review I read. Again, must make more money than you need to treat customers so poorly and risk losing a lot...

The pizza will always be amazing, but the customer service is majorly lacking. I called at 5pm to ask how long take out would be, was told 30 mins so I asked to place an order but would be there in an hour. Was told that wasn’t an option as they don’t do ahead orders…? So I called once I was closer to home, and was told it was still a 30 min wait, great! Got there at 40 mins past when I ordered (hit 55 traffic,) and had to wait another 30 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would be the one person at the front said “well it was busy” and the other lady said “your order is just now up.” I completely understand being busy, but then why tell me 30 min wait??? Why not just take my order when I called an hour...
