First complaint, sandwich I asked for was wrong, which apparently there was one person with her driver's then, so the drivers had to help, and the drivers apparently don't know how to do anything in store I guess. Sandwich I received had loads of mayo when I said no mayo three times, at least. when I had to come back to get my dinner, which I live in between ellettsville and Spencer, so that sucked driving all the way back. Lady did apologize but then blamed it on the driver, said he didn't know how to take orders. I find that really odd. Way back when I worked pizza and made sure that even the drivers knew how to get an order right. I asked if I could come back to get a sandwich remade, she said yes, then I had to verify when they closed, which was 40 minutes from then which didn't give me time to get there. Everything went smoothly, but I feel like I should've got some money knocked off for me having to drive back. And then knowing that the driver isn't going to take the orders correctly, why let him?? How many other orders were wrong yesterday because the driver took the orders? NOW biggest issue. The driver, while touching boxes, touching the refrigerator, touching handles, touching THE FROZEN BREAD, touching the phone, touching his face, went back to touching every other service that hasnt been cleaned ever, then touched the bread again to rearrange the loaves. The lady was wearing gloves so I know they had them, on earth was he not wearing gloves at all?!?! Luckily my bread wasnt hot or warm so it wasn't the contaminated bread that I knew of....
Read moreif i could give jimmy johns 0 stars i would. i give them 0/5 stars. i usually get the #2. it was not good. you would think something would try to be worth all my while. maybe something would care a little more about how i feel and how i'm doing. especially when i spent 8 months caring for the #2 & making sure it was eating lunch & getting sleep. or maybe it could've put more effort into an apology, after all there is a "proper apologies" sign in this particular jimmy johns. maybe it could've happy birthday-ed it's way back into my life. maybe it could've been nicer to me in the first place. maybe then we wouldn't have even brawled in the first place. i don't even know why i'm still mad at the #2. but also i don't know why it would leave me like it was mad. it had no reason to be. or at least no reason that i was made aware of. and i don't think it should be my responsibility to take guesses at why it would be mad. i made such an effort to communicate & be open. infact the biggest effort i've ever made. the #2 was the first time i had ever confessed being angry in a relationship. and it knew that. i told the #2 during our time together. i remember it. we were sitting in my basement and that was truly the first time i had ever even said that much. but somehow it still ran when things got hard. that's...
Read moreI have a rewards account with Jimmy John's and have been told every I have been in over the last few months that I have a free rewards sandwich. They ask me literally every time I order in store if I want to use it, but I've been saving it for what I thought was today. My coworker called and put in an order, and I asked him to ask if I could add my reward to his order. The guy on the phone gave us the run around, said he would have to ask, and then told me I would have to pay delivery for a separate order because there was no way to do it. So I asked for the phone and asked why we couldn't just put the order on my account? I could put it in get my free reward, and he could get his meal he paid for all on the same delivery. Apparently that's now not possible because he already placed his order. I told the guy on the phone that was because we were operating off the info he gave us, or we would have ordered differently. Got more garbage from the other end and just told him to forget about it and fill my coworkers order. You showed me you don't want solve a simple problem that could have been fixed with 30 seconds to correct the order and left me feeling wowed by your service. Instead you cop an attitude and show me you don't want my business ever...
