Every time I come here here employees are bickering and fighting instead of getting orders out as quickly as possible. One day I witnessed a gentleman order a coffee ... A coffee ... 10 minutes later he was demanding a manager and everyone just completely ignored him. No one even acknowledged a grown man yelling for a manager and finally he left cursing and confused sans coffee. The one manager is always feisty and is if she is begging for a fight. Even just now I went in to pick up my order and rather than politely saying "Good morning sir how can I help you?" She looks at another employee and barks "who is that!? What does he want!?". There are ways to talk to employees without being argumentative and starting fights. This is McDonald's not Paris Island. I figured that this was management 101 but when nobody's willing to work, and everyone has staffing issues, I guess they'll take what they can get.
Update Sept 28th: still absolute garbage. Same short latina manager probably in her 50s still has a ridiculous attitude. Food ridiculously slow. 1 small item on my order and finally walked out after 15 minutes and 3 other people coming in and getting their order before me.
Update Jan 2022: Opens at 5am, go in at 6:20am with the lights on and door unlocked and instantly yelled at by the always rude management "WE DONT OPEN UNTIL 7!!!" with a point at the door as to say gtfo. I love this whole current trend where employees are opening and closing whenever the hell they want all...
Read moreOkay, I don't usually leave reviews like this, but I was pretty upset when I left this Mcdonald's. We were there October of 2021. Upon walking in I noticed that there was a mask policy, which I don't have an issue with following. However a big group of us came in and only a couple of us had a mask on. We were in line waiting on our orders for a good 15 minutes before anything was said. A gentleman came in and went to the counter, he was told he needed to wear a mask. McDonald's did provide all of us including the gentleman with a mask if we did not have one. We complied and put our masks on, not a problem. The lady I'm assuming was a manager was quite busy, and I understand that. However she went to the counter several times, it was obvious that she was filling drive-thru orders. She did not greet the gentleman who have been waiting to place his order and even put a mask on, she didn't even say "we will be with you in a moment", and she didn't call somebody from the back to come and wait on this customer. She could have at least address the gentleman that was waiting. It was clear she was upset we were all in there without masks, and I respect that she did her job in telling us so, however I feel like she should have addressed the gentleman in some way. I understand when you are busy then you're busy, but speaking a few words while you are busy should not be a problem.
I would like to add before anybody may jump to conclusions, I DO NOT FEEL THAT THIS HAD ANYTHING TO DO...
Read moreStopped today, February 9, 2020, on our way home from church. Placed an order. Paid for it but was not given a receipt. Received our drink order and was told to pull into the 2nd reserved spot. Shortly after, a clerk gave me an order which wasn’t mine and she took off before I had a chance to verify my order. I rolled down the window and asked the person in the first spot if this was their order. It was part of their order. Andy, courteous as ever, brought them the rest of their order. I told him we were waiting for our food and told him what we ordered. By now, it had been at least 15 minutes since I ordered our food. We waited another another few minutes and I went in. Andy saw me, apologized and started to get my order. The hasty clerk said she’d take care of me and loudly and quite rudely asked what I did with the hot cakes she had given me. I replied that I had given them to the people in the vehicle next to me since it was THEIR order. She rudely said, “Here and gave me my order.” Andy was awesome and deserves 5 stars. The other clerk, however, needs a lesson or two on how to treat customers politely. What happened to the customer is always right? Not sure I’ll stop at this McDonalds in the...
