Me and my mom stopped by this Subway around 7:35 PM. When we walked in, there was a Mexican gentleman cleaning up. We stood there for about 2–3 minutes before he even acknowledged us — no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. Eventually, he went to wash his hands, and while doing so, he coughed into his hand before putting gloves on.
As we waited, we mentioned that we had a coupon for 3 Subway sandwiches. Without even looking at the coupon or asking about it, he immediately shook his head and said “no.” That response, along with his overall attitude, felt rude and dismissive. At that point, we were really disappointed and decided to leave.
We’ve been to this location before and have always had good experiences, which makes this one even more frustrating. The coupon we were using actually came from this exact location, given by one of the employees here previously — that’s why we chose to come back.
Unfortunately, they’ve lost our business for now. We ended up going to Panera across the street instead. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and coaches this or other employee on better customer service. How ridiculous and you wanna charge extra for the new hot honey chicken when there's no sauce ?! Tried to call the store of course no one answered and their mailbox is full !! Ridiculous I had to add my own sauce from home for this dry ass sandwhich. Try to reach out to corporate too and of course it's hard to reach customer service. Both employees on staff had little to no training 1 didn't know what bacon was and the other that attempted to ring me out had no idea how to use the cash register, after waiting 10 minutes to have my sandwich made and another 10 at the register they still hadn't figured out how to ring me out. They stated they needed to call a Manger as there was no one else on staff to help, at this point my self and multiple people were getting quite upset and most of us were making comments about this rediculous service.
