Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

I will never order pizza from this location again. Our experience with them was awful. We struggle getting our order placed and the person on the phone was very rude. We had added some vegetables and asked for mushrooms on 1/2 the pizza. I was told not a problem. We also asked for a 7:45 delivery. Explaining that we were on the road and wouldn't be back until then. We arrived home at 7:30 to find the delivery person knocking on my door. This was not good. We have a puppy who was very upset with someone knocking on the door. There was a reason why I specifically asked for a 7:45 delivery. When we opened the pizza box what we found was not ok. They piled all of our vegetables in the center of the pizza. We were in a rush so did not have time to call the store back and return the pizza. We ordered on the road thinking this would be the best way to get my family fed in a quick hurry. Huge mistake and won't be calling on Papa John's again. We have plenty of other options in my...

Worst “pizza delivery “ ever!!! 45 minutes after calling in the order, we called to get the ETA and they said that it would be any minute, 30 minutes later, still no pizza. We called and cancelled the order and told the individual that they sucked at pizza delivery, so he hung up the phone on me and then was too stupid to inform the driver that we cancelled the order so the poor young lady showed up at my door 10 minutes later. I had to tell her that the order was cancelled because the “ management “ was too incompetent to inform her that it was cancelled. i just ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings (chicken/olives) and went for take out.They showed my pizza saying that it was over heat and became black and they told if that is fine with me or would want to replace it. I told them i cannot eat that and would like to have replace. I sat for 10mins waiting for replacement and i took the replacement and went home. After going home i was suprised to see the same pizza and could not eat and thrown it away. If they don't want to replace then why did they waste my time waiting for another 10mins.
