Rush Bowls — Restaurant in Bloomington

My son was fired and did not have a disciplinary record. When he asked a week ago for his disciplinary record like he legally can do, he has been ignored. He used to take other people's shifts and worked all the time. He absolutely loved Rush Bowls. This was an unfair firing. He had never been disciplined and he was told that someone said he was talking bad about another employee at work. He doesn't remember doing this, but the owner took the word of the other employee over him for reasons unknown. He wasn't even given time to show that he was not talking about anyone. He purposefully made sure after the owner talked to him that he didn't even say another employee's name because he didn't want anyone to think he was talking badly about them. Less than a week later, this person stated that he was "doing it again" and he was fired without proof and it was one employee against the other. He was a good worker and the manager should have sat down with him and said employee to discuss it. However, this was not done and because David is who he is, he was fired. I have to say these bowls n smoothies are very good. Today 5/13/22 @ 12:41pm I went in n placed my order. The young black haired Asian female changed her composure when she saw that I did not choose to tip. She made my order. When she gave me my order there was a slight attitude. No straws for our smoothies. And No smile. Now it's been a minute since I worked in a fast food joint. (1979) I was 15. Back than it was not a custom to ask for a tip. Not even in a restaurant. I know things have changed so much BUT young people who work in this industry should not get an attitude. Your still getting an hourly wage. Which is alot more than what it was in 1979. Okay. Rush Bowls has quickly become a favorite of mine. They have spread like wildfire at my work and when one of us decides to order, several others do too. It’s not uncommon to have 5-6 Rushbowls delivered at one time. The bowls and smoothies are very fresh and the portion sizes are generous. Everything is fully customizable which is friendly to those with dietary restrictions. I add protein to mine every time which makes them a filling meal. I added energy a couple times but didn’t notice much of a difference that I can recall. The service is top notch and the accuracy has always been on point.
