Subway — Restaurant in Bloomington

This guy (Guri) working here is the rudest and most aggressive employee I've ever encountered! On 8/19/2023, I used a valid coupon for a sandwich, but he scanned it like it was nothing and declared it worthless. Then, he just crumpled the coupon and tossed it in the trash, leaving me shocked. I tried talking to him, but he just repeated the coupon was useless and even told me to leave. I'm sure he could've entered a coupon code, but he refused. This whole situation left me beyond frustrated. So, I returned later with my friends, and guess what? He retrieved the coupon from the trash and rudely stated once again that it was worthless!

What's truly astonishing here is not just the matter of whether the coupon was valid or not. It's the fact that Subway, a well-known establishment, would actually hire an employee with such appalling manners, complete lack of training, and terrible attitude!! It's a reflection of the poor hiring decisions and lack of customer...

Subway by far the most generous restraunt I've ever been too. when I got to the counter and ordered a foot long sandwhich, I was thinking hmmm I wondered how will they know its a foot long if they haven't even seen my feet. but I decided to stay silent becuase of a strange old man in bunny costume glaring at me. so I left it up to the proffessionals. me having decently sized feet wearing a size 11 mens I was a little afraid they would make a smaller sandwhich but that old guy was still staring at me so I held my peace.at last it was finished. I was skeptical at first thinking there is no way they got it right , but when I took off my shoes and placed my foot on top of the counter next to the sandwhich. it was longer then my foot!!!!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 even though they said a it was a "foot long" I cannot thank them enough for their generosity. I went to get some food yesterday, 11/13/2022. The woman working was extremely rude and aggressive towards me and everyone else there. I ordered one sandwich for me, and one for someone else. She put a sauce on my sandwich that I did not ask for. When I asked what it was, she said it was vinegar. I said I did not want vinegar. She ignored me and rung up my order, so I had to go back through the line and ask them to remake my order. She came up and got angry, saying that I asked for oil and vinegar, I said "No, I said olive oil." They ended up remaking the sandwich, but her rude and aggressive behavior is unacceptable. She should be fired. Everyone else there was fine. Just the woman working that night. I understand that it was busy, but that is no excuse to treat people so poorly. I would file a complaint if I knew her name. I don't plan to come back...
