First time ordering from this place 4/20/22 @ around 10pm. The lady taking the order was very rude I felt rushed to place my order should have taken that as a sign. I go to pick it up 3 employees are chatting it up they make eye contact with me and continue talking not acknowledging me. I figure they know I'm there to pick up an order and maybe it's not ready so they don't bother. It's not until a person from the kitchen says what is he waiting for all the orders are done and then the lady makers her way to me and ask me what order I'm there for. Worst customer service I've experienced. Once I get home I eat the pizza and it's the most flavorless pizza I've ever eaten. Tasted like the pizzas they used to serve for school lunches. Don't understand the hype at all. At this point I feel like I flushed $27 of my hard earned money down the drain because no one wants to eat this pizza. I would love for a manager to reach out to me and make this right by offering me a refund. I still have the pizza and have no issues bringing it in as proof. Definitely a horrible experience as a first time customer and will not be going back and letting my friends and family know about this so they don't experience...

I really LOVE this place. I mean, best pizza in town. I’ve been coming since I was a little girl. We have all our family birthdays at a Tobins. The place is crazy, and packed full but it’s alwasy worth it. I would eat it everyday if I could, and the fact that it’s always busy inside tells you exactly that. HOWEVER, since it’s very busy we order delivery... Moe can you please, pretty please figure out how to do ordering online. Every time I call no one can hear me (I don’t have it on speaker phone,) I have to spell my last name a few times, same with my street name, repeat the order, and then tonight I had to give my card information 3x as it was so loud the lady couldn’t hear me. This happens every single time we order, and tonight was the worst so I had to say something in hopes you’ll see this. From the person picking up the phone, to the credit card lady that finished taking my payment I talked to four people in one phone call and kept being put on “hold” (I could still hear everything.) I truly understand being busy, you guys have wonderful food, but can you please figure how how to make the phone ordering better- online would be AMAZING! Our pizza was wonderful. Thank...

I was very dissapointed in our visit to tobins. We sat down and it was pretty empty even at dinner time. Our waitress could hardly be bothered with us. The pizza menu is over complicated. We ordered wings, the garlic bread and a deep dish 14" pizza. Our waitress brought our drinks out and then we didn't even see her again until the deep dish came out about 30 or 40 mins later. No wings or bread ever came out. She laughs and says, so they threw your ticket in the bowl and the wings and bread was never started. They will be out in 10 mins. They finally come out and we are done with our pizza. We were not offered so much as an apology. Then she brings the bill...grand total of $56 and some change. We were charges $12 for drinks alone. Seriously, I could have ran across the street to Kroger and bought my family of 5 drinks for $6 or $7. Anyways. Pizza was good, nothing like it was when I was a kid. Bread and wings were ok. Would have been nice to have had them as appetizers like we should have. Pitiful service. I think I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Edit* Owner pretended to care said she was going to look into it and...

We love Tobin's. They have a great variety of food and the quality is very good. We especially like the Micheleo's pizza, both thick and thin. The sauce they use is absolutely delicious! I also got the biggest salad here I've ever had at a restaurant. It was funny how big it was. It's literally big enough for 3 full meals. The kids ate some of the pepperoni before I could take a picture. I also took a picture of my salad when I was done eating and how it looked in the to-go box. It's good to know how big it is, though, since we might get one to share with a pizza sometime. This was also the first time we had the onion rings and they were fantastic!! Another great fact about Tobin's is they are one of the few who deliver to where we live. Being just west of town, we are limited on delivery options, but the fact that they deliver and they're one of our favorite places to eat is a win-win!

I’ve been saying since I moved here I’d try it for dinner. I finally did and I will say I waited 2 years too long. It’s nice, I bet being served in-house would be greater and maybe once most of the COVID restrictions disappear I can enjoy a nice pizza pie from here seated. My family tried a large half pepperoni half cheese, thin crust. I appreciate how the sauce didn’t have a weird sweet after-taste like some others in town we have tried. The pizza was warm when delivered and the packaging looked neat. I also had a half order of the fried mushrooms which came with ranch. I really really applaud them for poking holes in the carton so the mushrooms weren’t soggy by the time the reached us. Next time I will try another side and come back to review.

Wow, this pizza was so delish. The hamburger was juicy and greasy, but not so much that it overwhelmed my flavor buds. The sauce was aromatic and complemented the flavor palette of the pizza quite well, but surprisingly it was better without sauce. I was shocked by the sheer amount of pizza, so much so I almost went into cardiac arrest but in a good way, like I was being sent to Heaven’s gates. Thank you so much Tobin’s for simply existing. You are a once in a lifetime gem that everyone should be able to extract from the darkest depths of the pizza mines. Mwah.
