Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bloomsburg

So the same thing happened to me as Loretta Bennett. Was just waiting in line and this older, red haired lady with glasses is staring at me. Finally get to the front and immediately walks up and says she can't serve me cause I don't have a mask. I asked if they can provide one, and she couldn't. Understandably, I walked to the bookstore and got a mask and came back. Then I ordered and she served 6 people behind me before I got my order. Then when I got it, she smirked at me and said "sorry it took so long" very sarcastically. I then asked for a cup of water and she said they don't have water. Then also didn't give me the sauces I wanted. Terrible customer service and so petty. I suggest the manager talk to this worker, she just seems to be bitter about people not wearing masks, even though I didnt no it was a requirement...

Food was okay. Cold fries of course. So an older woman running the show behind the counter was staring at me in line and talking to a person about me ,I think but didnt call me out of line THEN but when I finally got to the counter, 12 min later, she said I can't serve you, you have no mask. My daughter & I stopped by the Chik-Fil-A by the Capital City Mall & the Grilled Chicken was like rubber, my daughter’s soda cup had a hole in it and the drink went everywhere. This is the second time this has happened. We wanted to try the new Banana Pudding Milkshake and the cookie crumbles that were in it were extremely hard! We both hated them!
