They refused to move my money to a new pump even after I explained that the mistake was accidental. As someone who has worked at a gas station, I know how simple and quick it is to fix something like this. Instead, I had to coordinate with a woman at my pump and ask her to move so I could get gas, which inconvenienced her as well. The lack of effort, professionalism, and basic customer service here is completely unacceptable. It shows a total disregard for customers and an embarrassing level of laziness.
