Chinatown Restaurant — Restaurant in Bloomsburg

I ordered general tso chicken and honey chicken from this establishment through DoorDash. DoorDash was amazing and very professional. When the door dash driver arrived and the order wasn’t ready; he called me right away to let me know. After an hour and 20 minutes went by, the order finally arrived (again no fault of doordash). After waiting so long for the food, the order was not correct. When I called the store, they told me I was wrong they knew 100 percent the order was correct and told me there was nothing they could do I had to call doordash. She then changed her story and told me I had to drive down to the store. By the time I got to the store I just wanted a refund and had brought all the food I received back with me. The lady told me she couldn’t give me a refund and tired telling me that the chicken fried rice was honey chicken. I am no expert in Chinese food; but i have had honey chicken before. She then screamed at my in Chinese and proceeded to try to not pay me. Only after I threatened to have to have the police come did she then throw my money at me and kick me out. Save yourselves the time and hassle and just order...

Extremely disappointed. First of all, The crab Rangoon was over fried and so hard around the edges it could cut your gums. The pepper chicken was nothing but crumbs from the bottom of the fry basket, The moo goo was nothing but mushrooms and little bits of chicken…where were the rest of the vegetables??? The pineapple orange chicken was a sloppy, over-sauced mess and mostly carrots and pineapple… little slivers of chicken here and there. The pork fried rice was blah, Couldn’t find any pork in it and nothing but mushy yellow rice. We had three rice sides with our meals and chose the pork fried rice over white rice with a $3.50 up charge per rice side and the quality was terrible. We spent well over $60 And come to find out later, Due to the amount we spent we would’ve qualified for free, egg rolls, and wontons But they never offered them to us. We would’ve had to read it in the fine print and we would’ve had to “ask” for the items. I used to love this place years ago. But they’ve gone downhill. The egg rolls...

Very unhappy with last delivery order,food was overly done,we asked for utensils did not receive,this restaurant offers free items for spending certain amounts, we spent over 65.00. We requested the free item,did not receive.We can live without the utensils and free food ,its the principle, dont publicly offer and not follow through. We were most disappointed that we were charged a delivery fee,plus a separate fee for ordering online which was equal to the sales tax!! Mind you we tip very well. SO now we are penalized for ordering online,but when we call in the orders they are usually delivered incorrect! Very disappointed!! My employer as well as my family order from China town weekly and were surprised by the newly added extra fees.We will be ordering elsewhere...
