In the last couple months my order has been missed every time I go there. Whether it’s the mobile order or when I order in person I always get late to work because they keep forgetting my order. I have waited 15-20 minutes after ordering online 30 minutes in advance and still got late to work because they forgot my order. I have had to go up to them multiple times and ask where my coffee is and in return the staff has been rude about the situation. The staff and manager Tracy specifically have all been unapologetic about the poor service and inconsiderate regarding their customer service. For example, instead of listening Tracy when I told her that my order has been missed due to 3 other people getting their order before me that were originally behind me in line responded with “There is nothing I can do about it, that is just how we run”. She then told me to call corporate instead of listening and trying to find a happy medium with me. I was willing to discuss maturely with her but her tone and responses said otherwise. If the manager is acting like this to her customers with poor sense of urgency and understanding of customer care I can’t believe coextensive her associates to be any different. When I got to the window I decided I wanted to get myself the omelette bites, asked if I could add that to my order and was told “Sorry no, only something simple like a donut can be added to the order, anything else takes too long and holds up the line”. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. 1. I’m the customer and I haven’t even paid you yet, am asking for more of your product to which I’ll pay for, and you’re denying me it? Because what, it’ll take too long? Longer than the 15 minutes I just waited in line for a medium iced coffee? Longer than it took her to even explain that BS lie? And to top it off she blamed it on new owners?! So dumb. Dunkin is already trash, the least you could do is actually take our money and give us all the stuff we want instead of turning away more...
Read moreI had a mobil order and I went inside as I needed to use the bathroom. They were blocking the door by a metal stand where they put orders. I asked a lady to use the bathroom as I was in a driving trip for five hours, she asked the manager and the manager said NO. She told me to go to the gas station, I am not familiar with the area and when I get there, it was a small gas station with NO bathroom. I kept searching until I found Giant. We had to go back as we , unfortunately did already order. We had to wait a very long time in the line. At the window, there were many employees and they were laughing and talking. If they were doing their job, I guess the movement will be faster. What is more my hot coffee cup was filed less than the half of the cup. I felt the cup so light when the lady handed to me.
