For returning Amazon orders, it's fine but not as quick as a UPS store. For picking up online orders, you must wait in the same line as the Amazon return folks. Today, I went to pick up an online order and stood in line for about ten minutes. During my time in line, I noticed everyone in front of me had Amazon packages so I asked an associate if someone was able to help me with my online order. She said she would call someone over. A few minutes later someone came over, asked my last name and put my order in front of me. I had my confirmation email in my hand. This associate asked for my photo ID, I said I left it in the car and she demanded I go get my ID. At this point I'm going on 15 minutes in the store and would have been better off to pick it off the shelf and pay as there was not one customer in the store purchasing items. So, I left. The kicker is the Staples associate immediately cancelled and returned my online order as I received an email stating so while I was leaving the parking lot. It doesn't make sense that she could cancel the order based on the information from me leaving the store but not give the order to me...If the policy is to protect the customer, and she wasn't able to verify who I really was - how could she also cancel the order?! Anyway, I won't bother driving out of my way to this Staples for products again. Sadly stores like this will go out of business and I...

I visited this Staples to print important legal documents and asked for assistance with the process, as I struggle with understanding self-serve tech due to a disability. Unfortunately, the young staff member I interacted with responded with visible irritation and made no effort to offer clear support. Despite calmly explaining that I needed help, I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero guidance. Her tone and body language were condescending, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
When she finally agreed to print the documents, she did so on thick poster board paper without asking if that was acceptable and then handed them over as if that was the only option. I was left confused, feeling stupid for even being there, overwhelmed, and unsure how to advocate for myself in the moment.
I’m sharing this review for others who may need patience, clear communication, or basic human kindness when navigating the store. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect—especially when asking for help. I recommend calling ahead or bringing someone with you if you’re unsure about using the self services here, as the support I received was...
Read moreThis is one of the reasons why places like these are going out of business. I came here to make a couple of copies. The lady with the head wrap and glasses was swamped. She came over and set me up on one of the self serve copiers since I was paying cash. I waited a couple of minutes and the copier kept displaying processing. I had to ask her to come over because the copier was being unresponsive. She then said she would just make the copies for me because she couldn’t get the copier to start making my copies either. After making the copies for me she rings me up and charges me not only for the copies but for an express fee as well. This is what really made me upset. When I asked her why I was charged for express, she replied that it was because I wanted right away. She never asked if I wanted to come back for them or if I needed them immediately. And bottom line, their self service copier was down. I would never in my over 30 years of retail management experience charge a customer due to something that was my fault or the equipment we have. If anything, I’d go over and above to ensure that the issues that they ran into would not deter them from returning to our store. Do...
