So, today we went to Pizza Hut for the buffet. We had looked online on the website and it said lunch buffet from 11 am to 3pm. So when we got there the buffet was full with food. So we sat down and ordered our drinks. Our drinks came out and we were ready to get the buffet so we told our waitress that we all would like the buffet but she said sorry our buffet is closed. They probably through out all of that hot food that was just made. At least nine more people came in after us, half of them asking for the buffet. So we ordered off their menu, but I wish we just had canceled the order and left. We sat their for 40 minutes to get 8 wings and 2 chicken Cesar salads. Our waitress did not come out until our food was ready and after that she only came back to give us the check. We were the only people in there when we gave her the order at 1:45 but on the check it said that it was put in at 2:05. All this and then our waitress walks out with only the salads saying the wings will be a few more minutes. The wings were not that bad but our waitress told us that it was her first time making that salad and her manager had made the other one. Both salads were drenched with dressing. All of the people who came in after us got their food but we had to wait for ours just like the people sitting behind us who had the same waitress and problem who had to sit there and not get their orders taken until our food came out. We made a comment to the manager and her response was that they have tried to talk with corporate about changing the times on the website but they never did anything. Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas by phone at 4:00 PM on sunday 12/29/19. Was told they would be ready for pick up in 20 mins. Arrived at the pick up window at 4:25, and 2 girls were at the window area, nobody was in the restaurant, meaning all tables were empty. Even though the girls saw us at the window, and even made eye contact with us, they made no attempt whatsoever to help us. Finally after 10 more minutes, my son hollers in and asked if anyone could help us and one of the girls said, " I don't work the register". Then a guy by the name of Colby came out from the back and checked us out. I told him we've been waiting over 20 minutes for someone to get our order, and he got very rude with us in front of another customer who had also arrived for his order. When we asked to speak to the manager he said " I am the manager" , so I politely told him pizza Hut needs to re- train their people and he should find a different job, like maybe wiping tables! This business was always a very pleasant place to go....but never again for us. Looks like Domino's has our business now. Read moreOrdered 3 items at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. Breadsticks, fries, and cinnamon sticks. Was told 45 minutes max, waited 1 hour 15 minutes before calling. The manager told us the delivery guy was "lost" between Route 11 and Lionsgate (a 4-minute, 2-road drive). Waited another 15 minutes before calling again. This time manager said the delivery guy had been "knocking on apartment doors in Lionsgate but couldn't find the apartment". He had our phone number the entire time. Waited another 15 minutes before calling again. This time the manager said the delivery guy "called but got no answer so he came back to Pizza Hut". (We had no missed calls). Waited another 30 minutes before calling again. Someone at Pizza Hut answered but when we stated who was calling they straight-up HUNG UP on us. No one at Pizza Hut has answered any calls in the last 15 minutes and there is no sign of any food. It has been over 2 hours 15 minutes and it appears Pizza Hut has no interest in completing our order.
