$40 cheesesteak and fries, walked in everything seems fine ordered a cheesesteak fries and 2 slices of plain cheese pizza, told her I will be outside waiting because of the loud music and too many college kids, how long I should be back 10 minutes, she said about 15 everything should be ready. Returns in 15 minutes, the guy with the beard standing told him the number said we been calling for a long time, told him that I told her I will be outside.anyway he handed me a white box and here you go , I said what is that ? That’s only fries , I got a cheesesteak and 2 slices of pizza, he said oh every department works separately, I left the fries and stank aside , another 15 minutes calling again the number, went to check she said where’s the receipt, i told her in the car , anyway I got this order , she handed the cheesesteak and the fries then where’s the pizza, said i gave it to you, I said where ? She asked the bold man the pizza man about the 2 slices, he said it’s already done long ago , the he asked the beard man , he said yes I gave it to him , where exactly I didn’t move anywhere so the bold idiot man said you eat it , unbelievable and in professional , a big mass in the store, no bag hand everything in hand, very bad service, anyway the bold man started to argue about the 2 slices that’s I don’t know whatever he gave it to I don’t know, I end up just walk away and I told him just keep it , really it’s a waste of time and waste to argue about 2 slices of paid pizza, never step in this store again, worst experience ever, 15 years in food industry this was...

This establishment has absolutely no regard for customer service. After visiting on Saturday night with my sister and her friends, I placed an order for a buffalo chicken salad. I seemed to have been overcharged but I didn’t know if there was a late night surge in prices so I didn’t question it. After waiting for about a half hour, I was given a pizza. My dietary restrictions do not allow me to have pizza so there is no way that I would have ordered it. I explained this to the employee that handed me the pizza. I didn’t know what to do because it wasn’t like I could just eat the pizza. The employee went to get Vinny and Vinny explained that even over the blaring music and even though he was nowhere to be seen at the time, he heard me order the pizza. I didn’t order a pizza. I don’t know if the employees or Vinny thought I was drunk but I was completely sober and this disregard for customer service is absolutely appalling. Full disclosure: I work here. I have been a huge fan of the food here long before I worked here. Most of the menu is gonna make you feel like you got a hug from grandma followed by a wonderful nap. The prices are good, though it is not fair to compare prices to national fast-food like Little Caesar's or Dominos. The New York style (specifically The Bronx) pizza is confirmed frequently by customers from NYC and NJ who are pleasantly surprised to experience a taste of home. The late night and after hours crowd resembles a cross between a night club and a frat party (for better or for worse). No, we don't take Venmo nor Ca$hApp, but of course we take Tap-to-Pay such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Some of the bad reviews here are obvious fabrications/embellishments. I wish I could comment on them to give the real story behind each...
