Starbucks — Restaurant in Bloomsburg

I want to start by saying I love Starbucks, I am there multiple times a week; it’s my happy place. I’ve had the same 2 drinks that I’ve ordered consistently for years. Within the last few months these two drinks have been made very poorly. I know that Starbucks is supposed to follow a recipe for each drink but the lack of consistency from each time I’m there & each barista making the drinks is wild. One of the drinks I order is an iced matcha. Recently, it’s been horrible. I hate being that guy but I have sent it back more times than I can count; the drink is almost $8 (the way I make it) I know the matcha recipe has changed, but that’s not the issue. The issues is that the baristas are putting so much matcha powder that there are literal clumps of matcha & the drink is dark green. It’s horrible. Sometimes I don’t have time to send it back & I end up going home & dumping it down the drain (as I did today). I’m so sad because that was my favorite drink & now I won’t order it anymore. It’s made poorly more than it’s made how it’s supposed to be & I don’t want to keep wasting my money. I really hope management sees this and reminds baristas to follow the recipes & to strive for...
