Starbucks — Restaurant in Blue Springs

This Starbucks is beautiful but soooooo slow. Even if you order ahead on your phone, & show up when it says it will be done, you’re still waiting an additional 10+ minutes just for one drink. Even at the drive through. No one in front of you, yet you’re still waiting a ridiculous amount of time at the window just for one drink. Edit: as I was sitting in the drive through waiting for my order, the person working handing me a grande. I ordered a venti and told them that. They said “well I rang it in as a grande”. I said I’d still like a venti and they said “well we’re going to have to figure out the price difference” and then just stared at me blankly… like??? Customer service skills are lacking as...

First of all, all other Starbucks give pup cups and this is one of the only reasons I go. This one does not. Also I didn’t have a choice of latte. I had to have pistachio..one flavor and not my favorite. We used to get a choice of a lot of flavors. It’s a different style now.
