Hidden gem in Blue Springs if you’re on the hunt for ramen. This was our first time here. It’s a nice little cute place. The establishment was clean and the workers were nice. We ordered two ramen bowls and three boba drinks. I liked that the options were simple. You pick your noodle, then your broth, then your protein and your toppings. Since we ordered ours to go, I really liked the presentation of the take out bowls. The noodles and toppings were separated from the broth which was really nice. That way your toppings and noodles are not soggy when you get home. The wavy ramen noodle and meat were all cooked perfectly. Nice soft noodle is my preferred noodle vs the thin noodle so this was perfect. I ordered the tonkotsu broth. The broth usually is what makes or breaks a ramen place. The broth here wasn’t too bad. It’s not the best that I’ve tasted but definitely not bad. I probably would have liked it to be seasoned a little bit more but it’s not bad at all. It was still tasty. I would recommend maybe adding fried garlic as a topping because I think it would really go well with that broth. My daughter ordered the miso broth with tofu and she enjoyed hers. The boba drinks were perfect - just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered the mango slush with the mango popping boba. It was good. My daughters ordered the taro milk tea with regular boba and the brown sugar milk tea with regular boba. Their regular boba was cooked perfectly. Soft just the way we like it. Overall, I really enjoyed their food and drinks. This will definitely be a repeat!

Finally, a ramen restaurant east of KC! I have been craving ramen for so long and haven't been motivated to make the trip to downtown KC, so I am elated. This place is just great. Great ramen, great appetizers, great drinks, great atmosphere, great ordering experience. The first thing when you walk in is an ordering kiosk where you can build your ramen bowls and more. Staff is nearby if you have questions, though. The place has a spacious modern feel with several tables and also bar style seating. After taking a number to your table, a robot jamming to Ed Sheeran casually glides over to your table with your food. Not sure if they'll use the robot all the time, since it's a relatively new concept here and can have some hiccups. I had a ramen bowl with shio broth and pork belly, with bean sprouts, scallions, and corn. Plus pork dumplings and boba milk tea (signature Milk Tea with Black Sugar Boba specifically). It was all delicious. If you buy a ramen bowl, appetizer, and bubble tea, it may run you $20+. But ramen and a drink generally looks like it will cost $10-20. Great value for a great big bowl of ramen.

Delicious ramen! We 1 order crab Rangoon, 1 takoyaki, 3 build your own ramen with eggs, and three teas. My son got the Oreo tea and it was very very sweet. It is closer to a milkshake with boba. I got the mango tea with strawberry popping boba and it was very sweet, I added some water. Grandma got the passion fruit tea with no boba and there was no sweetness at all. I gave her a lot of my boba. The takoyaki was awesome! I have been wanting to try it for a long time and it was worth it. I wish There was more of topping sauce on the side for dipping. The crab Rangoon was very doughy with plenty of filling. We sat at a table and the ‘waitress’ brought our food to us. It was a robot with selves that played Ed Sheerans ‘Shape of you’ while it found your table. All in all I spent about $80 with food, fancy drinks, two appetizers, and tip. I can’t wait to go back and try dumplings.

The ramen is terrible not considered to be called ramen this is ridiculous I don't know why these people think they can just buy a bunch of prepackaged ingredients and call it ramen it's a disgrace if you want to go there for the bubble tea then you might as well just get the tea because the ramen is garbage appetizers are on the same level as Panda Express so just go to Panda Express. Building was clean that was good but shouldn't have to ask for a clean building in a restaurant atmosphere was good for restaurant just wish that they would make authentic food you know have cooks that actually cook instead of a package open up and warmer upper that stuff I could do. There could be a real potential for real ramen in America I've had it in Denver and in Miami there's no reason why I couldn't be in KC somewhere there just has to be someone willing to do it because Ramens not a fast food product it's a actual food that needs to be fried and the soup base needs to be actually cooked and prepared. Not poured out of the package. my advice for the owner of this shop is to spend the next 6 months in your kitchen perfecting your own ramen soup base then try your hand at making your own fried noodles. After that you should be in a way...

Boba has a good texture and the teas are flavorful, especially the fruit ones. And they fill that cup up with the Boba! Love that🥰.

The ramen noodles are soft and not too short. Broth is flavorful and not too salty. The rice noodles are my favorite, but those are a bit too long😅.

My favorite side are the octopus balls. I am a sucker for cream cheese sides, and this just hits the spot. I have come here exclusively for these sometimes, actually. They are that good.

Overall, the food is really good, but I have to give it a 4 star because it can be inconsistent. As in, sometimes the Ramen is watered down tasting, the Boba teas have little to no boba or the vegetables in the Ramen have those stalky parts in there. Obviously this hasn't deterred me from going back to this establishment, but it was disappointing the first time as I was taking a friend there for the first time and they weren't at their best for her first try.

I don't say this to make you wary to go, but to give a heads up that if your meal is less than spectacular, that is not their normal!

I hope you go and check them out, and have a great time! And say hi to Benny! (He is the...
