I arrived at Subway at 7 p.m., Saturday the 2nd of September. As I approached the building, I noticed an employee (young woman, dark winged eyeliner) outside chatting it up with a young man in a black pickup truck. I went into the building and the only employee on the front line exited to the back. Now the young woman comes back in and tells me I need to wait a minute so she can give something to the "employee" in the pickup truck. She grabs something from the back and exits the door... I am still standing there patiently waiting. The young woman comes back in and tells me that she has messes to clean up and asks if I can come back later. The store had a dirty front counter but I saw nothing/smelled nothing that would indicate any type of emergent cleaning. I retorted that I would go to another Subway instead of WAITING!
This is not our first experience having an issue with the evening staff. Nothing against young people but these evening employees have such a lackadaisical attitude and are sloppy and inefficient! Although I have never encountered problems with the day staff, I will not recommend this location to anyone.
By the by... I spent $40 on sandwiches at the other location; that would have contributed to the employee earning her wage that evening. No business, no employees, no money...

My husband's chicken was cold and drenched in vinegar where he had to drain it out of sandwich. One of my sons sub was cold and was not toasted. I ordered them to be toasted. It's all on my app receipt. I called subway immediately as soon as we open the sandwiches. The employee was rude and argumentative. I asked for the name of the employee and they refused . My husband called the manager and they were rude. The manager hung up on my husband. So my husband went to speak to management but they said they were too busy. Then they sent out a rude female employee to talk to my husband instead of the manager. The manager is not equipped with the proper skills to run the store. The manager and staff have bad attitudes. They changed there tone as soon after my husband stated he was recording them. He asked the manager to contact the regional manager and she was not happy with that request. This subway in particular is not ran correctly. The manager and staff need to be trained correctly about customer service and how to prepare the subs correctly. The next time I went, the 2 kids behind the counter were not wearing their masks over their mouths and noses. One (the little blonde girl with an attitude problem) even had it off, breathing all over the food. Both looked about 12 years old, a male and a blonde female. I texted someone to let them know we were not eating there and turned around and left. The girl literally chased me down to say I can't take pictures of them, even though I had not. Paranoid much? Seriously though, do your job the way you are supposed to and follow all the health regulations and you wouldn't have to worry about the possibility of someone taking photos in a public place.
