I went through the drive-through on April 16, 2024. The time was 5:34 pm. I ordered 2 chili dog meals combos. The clerk at the window gave me the 2 drinks & straws I’d ordered. She then told me to pull into a parking space to the right of the building because just pulling forward wasn’t an option. That space was already taken. There were already 2 other vehicles waiting. At 5:54 pm the clerk at the window brought my food to the car. I asked why it had taken 20 minutes to get my order. She said there were only 2 employees working in the entire store. She said they were understaffed. But, she said, my food would be really fresh (the fries were cold & old). The next morning I called them & spoke with Randy who told me he was one of the managers. I explained the situation to him. He told me that they are only allowed 2 employees on that shift. He said I must have come at a busy time, therefore I had to wait. I asked who the owner of this franchise was & at first he said he didn’t know. He put me on hold & came back & said the owner was named “Buddy.” I told him I wanted to speak to someone else about this matter. He took my name & phone number & said “when he had time” he’d have his district mgr, Lisa Lloyd, call me. I’ve never received her call. He told me to come in & he’d replace the meal. Read moreQuite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Placed an order in the mobile app and when I went through the drive thru to pick it up, the order was completely wrong. Not even close to correct. The "Shift Leader for the Night Shift" (though it was between 1:00pm & 1:15pm in the middle of the day) informed me that the app is 3rd party and is not her problem. I showed her the screen on my phone showing the correct order and again with the "3rd party, not my problem, i'd have to take it out of my paycheck to fix it and I'm not doing that" reply. First time I asked to speak with the manager she informed me she was the manager, when I asked for a refund she said only a manger could do that. When I pointed out that she'd just told me she was a manager, then came the correction to team leader. Said she'd have to call her general manager at home to get a refund and she wasn't doing it. She also doesn't seem to realize that even with the drive thru window closed, people still hear the cursing & insulting language being used about them. All of this over a $14 order that could easily have been corrected or simply refunded. When I asked again, I was told she had to work and didn't have all day to stand there and deal with me. There were no cars in the parking lot, and I was the only vehicle in the drive thru....... incredibly rude, terrible...

The main manager Lea Woods which I looked at name tag to see, she was screaming at the front counter to the back line at a guy name Dakota. He was by his self in kitchen while store was slammed and main manager was screaming at him about chicken. I have seen busy and I work in nothing but fast food and instead of screaming at employees bc something is not up when ready then move your tail to the kitchen with your employee and help them if its that behind. I give the kitchen guy and cashier I had a 5 🌟 but the main manager Lea Woods a 1 🌟 and thats just for showing up at work she was terrible to her employee that was working hard and by his self in back at the line. I love a good manager that wants to make the store better not make customers feel like they should go somewhere else bc she is to worried about screaming than helping then lets not forget what she said when she went back over to the side "wow" the only wow I see in a bad way like that was her. Hope the place gets better management soon bc if not it could fall apart fast with someone like...
